“This is hands down one of the BEST Airbnbs we’ve ever stayed in. We honestly didn’t want to leave! The setting is spectacular, with sweeping 360-degree mountain views in beautiful Paradise Valley. Waking up to the scenery, relaxing outside, grilling dinner, and watching the stars fill the sky at night was unforgettable. The condo has a luxurious feel and is beautifully finished, comfortable, and thoughtfully appointed. We had everything we needed, and it’s clear how much care went into creating this property. The location is fantastic, too. Emigrant and Paradise Valley offer incredible fishing, peaceful Montana scenery, and great nearby spots for coffee, fresh baked goods, dinner, and drinks, including the Old Saloon. But the views truly make this place extraordinary. We would happily stay in any unit here and absolutely plan to return. If you’re considering booking, do it! This is the BEST place to stay in the Emigrant/Paradise Valley area. Five stars doesn’t feel like enough!”

“This may have been my worst experience in over a decade on airbnb. We were locked out of the listing multiple times and how it was handled on the phone was beyond inappropriate I am shocked this person is a host.”

“We booked this place last minute. After filling out the required paperwork we waited on the code to get into the house. We reached out to the owner via text, phone and messages in Airbnb with no avail. We contacted Airbnb to see if they could get a hold of him, which they could not. We ended up sleeping in the car outside of the house. Needless to say we did not stay there and had Airbnb cancel our reservation.”

“Paradise Valley is stunning and the suite has beautiful views, but the stay had more problems than it should have. The front door, suite, and WiFi codes we were sent didn't match what was on the listing, so we had to work out which ones were correct. The AC and dishwasher were not working consistently, and the internet was too slow for two people to use at once. The kitchen was missing basics like paper towels, a sponge, salt, and cooking oil. A smoke detector chirped for about a day before it was fixed, a maintenance worker entered our unit once without notice, and on our final day the roof began leaking onto our table. We raised the bigger issues with Rich, who was apologetic and refunded two nights; the rest we simply worked around rather than keep flagging things. With better maintenance and stocking this could be a lovely stay, but it was not there yet for us.”
