“My husband and I stayed for several months over the summer and had a great experience. The apartment was very clean and had all the essentials ready with a full kitchen, sheets, towels, and beach supplies. It was very nice having access to the Ocean Village amenities and the beautiful beach which was just a 5 minute walk away. We would highly recommend for an extended or short term stay in the area!”

“It had a beautiful view and lots of wildlife. The kitchen had numerous amenities. The set-up allowed for sleep while my spouse stayed awake. It felt very private while close to everything. We felt very much "at home", and would choose it again!”

“Unit itself was wonderful: clean, spacious, well-stocked, great view, quiet. Great Pool. The listing was incorrect about bed sizes & lacking info about # of beach chairs, bikes, etc. Instructions did NOT include details about which community we would be staying in, the guard did not know either and the packet was not waiting for us upon arrival at entrance as stated. Garage keypad and clicker did not work. Front door lock box did not work. Couldn't get into the unit upon check in. Address shows #304 and #301? very confusing. Lisa told me the 2nd car could park in garage, but no room with all the items in there and garbage cans. Throw rug in living room was a major tripping hazard. (took 2 weeks to get it removed). On-Site Bar & Restaurant went out of business in the middle of our stay. Response time for Lisa was too long & some of my inquiries went unanswered. Had to keep going to sales office in person. Thank goodness for Carly and Rachael who were wonderful & helpful !”

“Flexible check in and was smooth and easy. The location and resort is very pretty and peacful. Our unit was nice and was as described. Upon check-in we were told there was a problem with the guest TV staying connected to the WiFi. The WiFi in general was lousy as streaming apps were difficult and would not stay connected showing an error code. We called, stopped in the rental office and messaged Lisa. We did not her from her over the weekend we were then told the cable company reset something which did not help. After a long day we just wanted to watch a movie and it was very frustrating. The master bed room mattress was very hard and uncomfortable. I ended up sleeping in one of the recliners because my back hurt so bad. My husband and I both were sleep deprived because it was difficult to sleep because of the bed. The white towels were also stained. Over all the unit was clean and decorated nicely. The resort was beautiful and offers lots of amenities.”

“The resort and condo is beautiful. This condo is close to the pool and beach. Our only "complaint" was the electrical outlets in the bathroom didn't work. When we inquired about it, they said they would send someone to look at it and never did. It didn't really bother us but it might someone else.”
