“Absolutely phenomenal 10/10 stay! Our family of 11 had an unforgettable vacation at this beautiful Waikoloa home. The house was incredible-comfortable beds, beautiful furnishings and Hawaiian-inspired art, and an amazing layout. The pool was phenomenal, and we loved the outdoor shower with direct access to the master bath. The garage was loaded with bikes, e-bikes, table tennis and beach gear, plus plenty of board games for the kids. Incredible mountain views from the backyard and crystal-clear stargazing from the driveway! Hilton pool access was a huge bonus, and we loved biking to Queen’s Marketplace for malasadas, groceries and shopping. The location was also great for exploring the Big Island. Most importantly, Jeff and Suzanne were wonderful hosts and went above and beyond to make sure our family was prepared and safe during Hurricane Lala. An unbelievable family vacation we will cherish for years! We would absolutely stay here again and recommend this incredible home to families!”

“Beautiful destination right next to the large Hilton resort, with free guest passes to pretty much everything in it. The property was completely spotless inside and out, with a lot of amenities included, Jeff and Suzanne are fantastic hosts who clearly work hard to maintain a very high standard. If I was to visit the island again, I would definitely book their place before anything else.”

“Great stay for families - had many amenities available to make it easy to travel with kids! Hosts were very responsive. There are many beautiful beaches close by and road to Hilo close as well. Having access to the Hilton is a nice perk as well.”

“We stayed at this location after a previous booking did not meet our expectations at a different property. We reached out same-day at 7pm and the owners were extremely responsive and got us into the unit the same evening, saving us from having to scramble to find a hotel after a long day of travel. The house was clean and well kept. The tv on the back lanai stopped working in the middle of our stay, and they were able to replace the tv the next day with helpful and respectful communication! While we stayed in the middle of the summer, it’s very hot and humid, and the house does not have A/C (as advertised). The whole house ventilation system did a nice job at pulling in the cool evening air while we slept. Overall this is a wonderful property that has fantastic sunset views over the ocean, in a gated community, and incredible outdoor living space. We would definitely stay here again!”

“We had a wonderful stay! The home was beautiful, spotless, and spacious. It comfortably accommodated our group of 11, including several kids, without ever feeling crowded. Very kid-friendly and thoughtfully stocked with everything we needed for a comfortable stay, including essentials for our beach outings. The heated pool was a favorite for both the kids and adults and made our stay even more enjoyable. Access to the hilton resort amenities was easy and a huge bonus. We would happily stay here again and highly recommend this property to anyone traveling with a large family or group.”
