Paradise in Hawaii Luxury Homes

“Disappointed. We stayed here 5 years ago and loved it. Hence, why we rebooked. Location is great but the house wasn’t as clean as last time and the amenities were not maintained well. The washing machine was so dirty a maintenance guy had to come back twice and basically spent a whole day at the house taking it apart and cleaning it. The call center was easy to communicate with but every time you talk to them it’s a new person so with all the concerns we had no one really seemed to care that there were multiple issues. They said they would relay what we said to management and that we should expect to hear from them and we never did. This place is run by a big management group and it shows. Would not recommend this house, but there are plenty of others that hopefully care more about their guests and maintain the house better!”

“We had a wonderful time staying in the home! They even had a bunch of board games and some blocks and toys for the kids to play with. The house was clean and comfortable. We also loved all the beach toys and extras in the garage.! Super helpful. The beds were very comfortable. Nothing to complain about! We also loved that pack and play for our baby who turned one and used the high chair lots for him. Very helpful. Maybe the only thing we could have used was a baby gate do the stairs haha. But we just redirected him away from them and he was pretty content! Thank you so much for allowing us to stay in this home and make some amazing memories on our trip! 😊”

“It was our first trip to Hawaii and it was family trip with 3 very young kids. House is very clean, safe and had enough space for everyone. Great outdoor space, great swimming pools, and other amenities to swim, ride and simply enjoy your time in Hawaii! I was able to request for our time a crib with mattress and crib shits for my youngest one which we find very convenient. Jeff and Suzanne left high chair that we were able to use as well. There were fast responders to all our requests. Overall, we were happy and highly satisfied with our home while during the entire vacation time! We would decently recommend this place to our friends and we'd love to be back!”

“This was our third year returning for another lovely stay for our family of 4 and the grandparents. The location is so peaceful, the garage stocked full of bikes and everything you’d need for a beach day makes it so easy, and the Hilton pass really adds to the fun options. Super attentive and kind hosts! We hope to return again next year!”

“Our stay was absolutely amazing! The location couldn’t have been more perfect, so many incredible restaurants just minutes away, which made the trip even more enjoyable. We also loved having access to the Hilton pool pass; it truly made the experience feel like a luxury vacation! Everything exceeded our expectations, and we made the best memories with our family here. “We’ve experienced being vacation home owners in Maui. When reviews claim this place is stocked—well it is! We were impressed! Way more than we ever offered our clients—no pre-filled bags of detergent, sandwich bags, etc. In addition, we received amazingly quick replies to questions and adjustments requested. Would definitely recommend!”

“If you are looking for kind hosts with human decency, keep looking. Our flights were cancelled by the airline due to tropical force winds and rain (Kona Low, March 2026, where islands had record rain and flooding) and nothing was scheduled to leave the mainland again for 2 days. Due to some of our group’s vacation days, we were unable to go as it would have pushed them past their time off. This host was absolutely unwilling to work with us to find new dates that worked, which would have cost them nothing. Instead they kept our money ($12,000+) and told us we were out of luck. This was not our fault or our doing and they refused to help or work with us in any way. I can’t say enough terrible things about them and their treatment of their guests, who spend quite an about to stay at their properties. Again, it would have cost them nothing to move the dates to something open on the calendar, we would have paid the difference if there was some. AVOID THEM and their properties.”
