“The home is situated in a very quiet neighborhood, easy to walk for Dunkin’ donuts and the wooden spoon just past that was such an awesome breakfast. The Beach just down the road was beautiful so much to do and not enough time. Located just before the famous 7 mile bridge highly suggest taking an early morning or late evening walk there to see the sun set and rise. Also a huge fishing community so if you love to fish bring your rod and reel. Communicating with Katie was such a pleasure such a very sweet caring person. Highly suggest staying with Katie.”

“We had a wonderful time at the Toasted Coconut. It was the perfect location (halfway between Key Largo and Key West), cute, and cozy! Our kids loved the pool and loved the grassy lot next door to take our pup. Katie was extremely responsive and kind. Would definitely recommend to all families!”

“Katie and Cody were great to work with and made the entire process very easy. Their communication was fantastic and they were very responsive. The house was well appointed and matched the description to a "T". The location was great - there are 2 grocery stores nearby, a Walgreens right down the street, a new SurfStyle indoor surf park, and the Lagoon wake boarding cable park.... so there was definitely lots to do. Restaurants in this area are wonderful! We would definitely stay there again.”
