Paradise Cove

4.64Visit website
Paradise Cove's guest rating of 4.64 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“If it weren’t for the location and the amenities and grounds, this wouldn’t have been worth it at all. The bed was horribly soft and sunken. The couch looked like it belonged in a frat house, dirty, worn and uncomfortable. Internet was painfully slow, kitchen was not equipped adequately. One small frying pan. The lights flickered constantly, the air conditioner was loud and right above our heads in the bed. This unit was not suitable for a long term rental. We rented for the month, and it just was so uncomfortable. Outdoors was great, but that’s the only positive. I am an Airbnb host and I take the effort and money to update the facility for the comfort of my guests. I would never stay here again.”
