“Palms to Pines was beautifully decorated with chic accessories and furniture, and a great large space for our group and for our two small pups. They were always quick to communicate and all of their instructions were very clear. Our only one critique especially with the price of the stay, is it would've been nice if cleaning included the backyard furniture - we found them to be dusty and full of debris when we checked in. Other than that, we really enjoyed our stay and even extended it by one day.”

“We had a wonderful stay! The house is in a great location, close to everything. The pool and hot tub were fantastic and made our stay even more enjoyable. The house was clean, comfortable, and well-stocked with everything we needed. The hosts were also very responsive and helpful throughout our stay. “This place was incredible. So clean and spacious. The bathrooms were stunning. The beds were SO comfortable. My only issue (and it isnt a huge deal) is the complex is not very walking friendly. There is only a gate for vehicles and you have to use a clicker while at the gate to open it. So just keep that in mind if you are traveling without a vehicle like we were! You will need to bring the clicker with you and any ubers will have to pick up at the gate. But that was honestly not much of an issue, we adapted quickly. Location was perfect, super close to downtown and nearby hikes. The backyard view was gorgeous with the mountains. The host was also super great and understanding! I would absolutely stay again!”

“Our stay was absolutely fantastic! The home was exactly as pictured and described in the listing, and somehow felt even more private and peaceful in person. We spent most of our time enjoying the beautiful backyard, relaxing by the pool and Jacuzzi, barbecuing, and making wonderful memories with family. It was the perfect Palm Springs getaway! We experienced a minor issue with the stove needing to be cleaned, but the management team was quick to respond and immediately arranged for someone to come out and take care of it. As a newer management company getting familiar with the property, they were incredibly attentive, communicative, and accommodating. Anytime I reached out with a question or concern, they responded promptly and offered helpful solutions. Overall, we had such a wonderful experience and truly appreciated the hospitality. We would absolutely stay here again and look forward to our next visit!”

“This property offers everything I want in a vacation lodging - quiet, beautiful, extremely clean, attractive and all the amenities I need to feel at home. The air conditioning works perfectly and there is a separate system for the bedrooms. The beds are comfortable, the kitchen has everything you need should you wish to make your own meals. The management reaches out to make sure everything is as you like it. This is where we will stay when we visit Palm Springs every time!”

“Clean, comfortable, and private. Sizable swimming pool in an entirely private backyard surrounded by landscaped hedges and trees. Great location, less than 5 mins from a grocery store and ~10 mins to downtown Palm Springs. Well-furnished. Great interior design. Communicative and helpful property manager. We stayed here for a week. On day 2, the air conditioning broke. But! In less than an hour, the property manager and owner scheduled a repair, and everything was fixed very quickly. That's all you can ask for, and it was relief. This house is a good value. Would visit again. Thank you!”

“We had a fantastic stay and would absolutely stay here again! The pool was definitely one of the highlights—we spent a lot of time outside enjoying it and made good use of the grill as well. It was a great setup for relaxing and enjoying the Palm Springs weather. The house itself was very comfortable, and the king bed deserves a special mention—it was incredibly comfortable and we slept great. The AC also did not disappoint! In a part of the country that can get seriously hot, the house stayed perfectly cool and comfortable throughout our stay. The location was convenient to everything we wanted to do while still being a relaxing place to come back to at the end of the day. Everything was easy from check-in through checkout, and we really enjoyed our stay. We would happily come back and definitely recommend it. Five stars!”

“We had a wonderful stay at this house! We were a group of 7, with 3 kids. At first we were worried about the amount of doors that lead to the pool with 3 little kids, but there were optional alarms and child safety locks on the sliding doors. This was a major relief, and the backyard is really the star so we were outside most of the time anyway. Thanks a lot for being a wonderful host and answering any concerns we have. We’ll definitely be there again.”
