“We arrived Monday, we had to sleep with my 2 year old and 6 year old with no covers all night, I messaged the host and was told they were having blankets delivered and nobody ever brought any until the afternoon. We started getting bite up and when I checked the mattress there was a bed bug in the crease. I have pictures of all the bites on myself and my family’s face/bodies. We were miserable, swollen and itching the whole time. I would no recommend this room and I will not be booking ever again! I am still in the process of asking for a refund considering I paid 800.00 for this room!”

“Very nice location. Unfortunately, the apartment was not clean. The main lights flickered constantly, which was very straining on the eyes. The balcony was dirty—both the railing and the cushions. Most importantly, we were with our baby, and we saw cockroaches multiple times during our stay. The host said it was a palmetto bug, which is just another word for a cockroach. Additionally, the kitchen lacked sufficient appliances, and all the pans were worn out. Overall, the cleanliness was severely lacking, which was very disappointing.”

“Nice simple place to stay for 2 to 4 people. nothing fancy and nothing terrible. has everything you need for a really good price. the only complaint we would have is there wasn't a shower curtain for some reason lol. But if you don't need much and just need a place to stay this is a great deal to get!”

“Not maintained properly, bed linens were torn, light over table was shorti g out, missing tiles in kitchen and disgusting dirty mat in front of refrigerator, hand held shower not working”

“It was a nice a nice time space. It’s a lot of requirements after booking. Have a lot of extra fees”

“Great place to stay! It is close enough to the beach and amenities, but also really quiet and away from the commotion. We went during bike week and we didn’t have any issues at all with traffic or noise. The condo was clean and the linens provided were enough. There were a few downsides that made some parts not so great, but we would stay again! Cons: the dryer makes a loud noise like you have a shoe in there so night drying was not fun. The balcony furniture is old, uncomfortable and metal table is coming apart. The room with the double sized beds is right by the front door walkway and the walkway lights do not turn off at night and there isn’t a curtain, so at night it felt like sleeping with a spotlight. The bedding also is clean and feels hotel like, but there is no actual blanket. There is a sheet and a cover that should go over a duvet, but no duvet. Our kids wanted to have a movie night so we thought we could pull out the bed inside the living room couch, but it was filthy.”

“I have never given a bad review but this will be my first. We booked around 12:00pm and arrived around 6:00pm so there was plenty of time for the room to be flipped and cleaned. But it was not. Initially the property managers texted saying there was a comforter missing that they would bring later. Once we arrived there were no bath towels and some washcloths that do not appear to be fresh. We were not told about the parking pass (which was hanging on the fridge) so the first night we got our vehicle tagged which did not come off clean and damaged my paint on my car. The shower head is good…if you are shorter than 5’6. There was only one roll of toilet paper, no hand soap, and the pillow sheets had stains on them. The unit had an overall bad odor, like old trash or something. The beds were extremely uncomfortable and small, and the sink in the bedroom would not drain. It was fine for a last minute booking but I guess you get what you pay for.”

“The apartment was not up to par. There were stains here and there it’s was dusty. The washer did not work the stove didn’t work they eyes ontop also did not work. The place overall needs to be updated and deep cleaned”
