“First, the positives: the home was very charming and in a great location. My kids loved the pool too, and we enjoyed very much the bbq and also watching the world cup on the tv/living room area. The management company that runs the property was also very responsive. Now the negatives: housekeeping was not thorough before we arrived. For example, there was a pot with old food in it that had been left behind and made the pantry smell very badly. In addition, the kitchen itself was good, but the pans and pots were in need of an update.Also, four days into our stay, the water had to be shut off because of an issue with the master bathroom shower. Management responded quickly and we had our water back within 24 hours, but it was nonetheless a very annoying inconvenience . I will end this review positively by saying that management has a new ownership, and I am confident they will turn things around and this will be a great property to stay at.”

“We recently moved to West Palm Beach and needed a place to live while our home was being renovated. This rental was conveniently located in a quiet and well appointed neighborhood between Olive Street and South Dixie. We were able to take nice walks and found many good restaurants close-by. The host/ property management company was very responsive to our texts and went the extra mile to ensure we had a comfortable stay. The house was immaculately clean with a lovely pool surrounded by a beautiful limestone patio. The backyard was completely fenced- in and felt private. All -in-all a great stay. Very well done. Highly recommend.”
