“We had a wonderful stay at this condo and would absolutely return! The location is truly one of its best features—it's just a short walk to Lake Park, close to the center of town, and conveniently right across the street from the Veggie Wagon, which made grabbing fresh food quick and easy. Inside, the layout is fantastic super functional and comfortable, especially for a family with two kids. There was plenty of space for everyone to spread out, and the outdoor area was an added bonus for relaxing. We also appreciated that we didn’t experience the odor issues on the deck in some other reviews. There were just a couple of minor drawbacks. The biggest was the lack of bath towels only four were provided, which wasn’t quite enough for our group, so we ended up picking up extras from Dollar General. Additionally, the living room furniture could have been a bit more comfortable for lounging in the evenings. Overall, though, this was a great place to stay!”

“The place was spacious and a bit modern. On the other hand, there were lots of flies and bugs inside the house when we first got there. They only provide 1 toilet paper per bathroom and wish they provided at least 2 so make sure you bring more based on the days you are staying. The location couldn't have been better and was a short 5 minute walk or less.”

“Back patio smells so bad that we could not sit outside. The smell was old pet urine and trash. Towels were thin and we only provided 1 towel per person was provided. Great location but disappointed with our rental. We were excited for beach front but we couldn’t open the patio doors due to the smell.”

“The unit was very nice and well furnished. The location of being right on the beach was amazing. The only downside was having people above us as you could frequently hear their movements, particularly children running around.”

“Upon arrival, the cleanliness was subpar. The floors were dirty enough that our feet turned black walking barefoot, and we found food wrappers and trash left behind. More significantly, we spent the first two days of our vacation with absolutely no hot water and only one functioning shower for eight people, as the second shower was completely clogged and wouldn’t drain. Additionally, the outdoor trash cans were overflowing from previous guests, which caused a fruit fly problem inside the house. To the host’s credit, they did eventually address the plumbing and sanitation issues, and they provided a partial refund for the two days we were without hot water. However, the resolutions did not happen within the timeframes promised. While our group made the best of our vacation and remained polite and pleasant to the maintenance workers, the baseline habitability and cleanliness of the home were severely lacking for the price point. Future guests should be aware turnover cleaning is subpar.”

“Unfortunately my stay here was not what I expected, I was expected a fun stay going to the beach with my family everyday, the day we checked in at 4pm everyone was ready to shower after our 4 hour drive here, shower was warm wasn’t getting hot at all so we all just thought that’s as hot as it gets, the next day comes and we all go to the beach, my daughte decided to come back to the air bnb earlier before everyone because she has a 5 month old. Well she went to give her 5 month old a bath and the water was freezing and wouldn’t heat up she tried for 30 minutes nothing she had to eventually clean the sand off her infant with a COLD bath. Next day comes and they said they would send somone out to fix it (expecting to be fixed early afternoon) when it eventually got fixed it was 6pm and we wasted a whole day of sitting around not being able to go to the beach as we planned for the day. None of the baths drained properly so you’re standing In sandy water. The 2 rooms that did have TV they”

“Very unprofessional and highly would not recommend, excessive tasks they can’t keep track of who is in what apartment, locks weren’t adequate, I called someone they told us they weren’t made aware of the locking system, stains on walls and doors, room Tv doesn’t open some icons, excessive tasks, still asking questions after we left.”

“Hot tub was broken and the pool was not accessible, which was not on the listing. Neighbors watched us very closely which felt uncomfortable. The code given to check in was wrong as well. They did agree to let me have extra guest stay during the day to enjoy the beach, but the overall vibe was bad- due to wanting a hot tub and outdoor pool which was why we chose the place, on top of the close eye as if we were not all grown adults.”

“The view here is incredible. We loved sitting on the porch for sunrise over the ocean and listening to the waves at night. The beach access is also a block or so away, and there was a big beach (larger than the pictures make it seem). However, the place is not very clean. Immediately when we walked in the door, there was a strong smell of cigarette smoke and air freshener. Even with the doors and windows open for basically our whole stay, the smell never went away. The bedroom was dirty, hair in the dresser drawers, gross shower/shower curtain. If the place was properly clean, no smell, and the shower was repaired, it would be fine, but we won’t be staying here again unfortunately.”
