Pajaro Dunes Resort
4.79Visit website
Pajaro Dunes Resort's guest rating of 4.79 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“The condo and beach at Pajaro are absolutely gorgeous!! The condo is pristine, nicely decorated with everything you could need. The beach is absolutely gorgeous and very private. You almost have the place to yourself. The only drawback is that there isn’t much in the way of restaurants nearby. But we were busy sightseeing so it didn’t bother us much.”airbnb

“roaches and other bugs all over the condo. the condo smelt musty and the box springs had brown stains. the whole place looked likes hoarder lived there but then they moved out and they tried to save the place and clean it but did a halfass job. the company allowed us to get a 70% refund and was communicative. They said they "didnt know the nieghboring condo had a "pest issue" not completely convinced of this considering the smell and the weird stains all over. we saw atleast 7 live and 3 dead roaches in the 12 hours we were there.”airbnb

“The condo was perfect for our family vacation and we loved just being steps away from the beach! Would definitely stay again!”airbnb

“The view is beautiful and the house was spacious. The den room with pull-out couch was tight but the other rooms were a good size. Our family enjoyed the view and the short walk to the beach. The check-in process was cumbersome since you have to go to two different offices to get keys and parking passes. Once we got inside, there were ants in the kitchen throughout our stay. The maintenance crew was responsive and came to put out more ant bait right away. One day when we returned from an outing, the keys didn't work in the lock and again maintenance was responsive and came to let us in right away. Overall our family enjoyed the resort.”airbnb

“Unbelievable location, great value, incredible place, friendly staff. Poor communication, slow to respond and unhelpful instructions”airbnb

“The condo was spacious for our family of 6. The space could use some updates, but the kitchen was well stocked and we enjoyed the location and some of the amenities of the resort.”airbnb

“Short walk to the ocean. Special nautical theme throughout. Enjoyed our stay but it was a difficult check in process since you had 2 challenging steps to finally get your key to the unit.”airbnb

“The taxes and fees they charged were ridiculous. Added 30% to our nightly fee besides our Airbnb surcharge $180. If we do stay in Pajara Dunes again, we will do more research and not rent from here again. The view was great, it was very private because the surrounding condos are being renovated. Huge ant problem! Be sure to not leave Any food out”airbnb

“The location is fabulous. We used the pickleball courts which were great. The condo itself needs better maintenance-several outlets, the toaster, the shower-all need repairs. Also, the airbnb ad promised some basics that weren't there. For the money, it's fair to expect more. As someone who has stayed in airbnbs in Europe and on the East and West Coasts of the US, and is budget minded, I feel I have a good sense of what things cost and what you get for your money. This condo underdelivered, and based on this experience, as much as I love the area, I am not sure I would return. It's impossible for me to know if these issues have been reported by others or if the maintenance staff haven't been given the opportunity to make things right.”airbnb
