Page Lake Powell Campground's guest rating of 4.77 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“We did a quick weekend to Lake Powell. We had been wanting to stay at a tiny home and this was the perfect opportunity. The tiny home is a great location if you’re visiting Page. It was clean when we arrived. Easy to enter and the description was accurate. Provided what we needed since we were going to be at the lake all day Saturday. The only thing that didn’t work or was limited was the WiFi.”airbnb

“Everything was wonderful! We really enjoyed our stay. The house was clean, cozy, and had a lovely natural wood scent. It had everything we needed, and the price was very reasonable. We absolutely loved it and would happily stay here again!”airbnb

“It was good but queen size bed instead of king would have been better so we could move around. TV / Internet not good.”airbnb

“Had a pool and hot tub but don’t supply extra towels. We kept calling about the tv. They never came to help. Always said WiFi was done. Which it clearly wasn’t since it worked on our phone. The room was very small. Would’ve been better to stay in a hotel.”airbnb

“This was ridiculously small. No place to sit inside. You have a bed and a table with a microwave on top. No table no chairs. We did not even have any chairs outside. Towels are THIN & Small. Laundry Area most machines were broken.”airbnb

“Overall fine stay, just be weary the wall is a bit thin between the other unit, and they warn after booking to not use too much hot water otherwise you will run out. This place uses very aggressive dynamic pricing, I was about to book and 1 minute later the price jumped almost $100 for a 2 night stay. I asked and whoever is communicating on Airbnb would not honor the previous price citing they don't have authority from "upper management" and stating the price changes based on how many units are booked etc. So if you see a bunch of units available, that price is not actually what they are charging for each unit, it's a price only available for 1 unit, and then they'll increase the price after they get another booking. I watched the price fluctuate at least 4 times in one day.”airbnb

“Upon arrival the check in instructions were clear and easy to follow. The host communicated well. However, the unit we were assigned was not clean . There were multiple strands hair from the guest prior to us stuck to the back wall of the shower. There was residue from the cups of the prior guest all over the side tables. The floor had not even been swept as there was dirt and other particulate all over the floor. We asked for new sheets for the bed after seeing the other cleaning errors as we were concerned the sheets had not been changed and did not want to sleep in an unclean bed. These were not readily available. The host did not seem concerned with the uncleanliness of the unit when notified. We opted to go to the Safeway in town to buy Clorox wipes to clean all the surfaces we would be touching. The ones we used on the floor came away brown. Overall location was good but not worth the price to stay in such an unclean place. We would not stay here again or recommend it.”airbnb

“Overall we were happy with the tiny house , we were a little disappointed in we arrived 1 hr early due to the time change, we were not allowed to check in 1 hr early , even though the entire place was empty, and the unit was cleaned and ready, it also has a cute little porch, but no chairs, we asked if we could get a couple of chairs, the manager said go to Walmart and buy chairs , although the place was empty and chairs could be seen on other units, did not even try to help us ,we were considering up grading to a bigger unit , but the manager made it difficult because we booked through a third party ( Airbnb) and not directly with them , only downside with the unit itself was the shower handle fell off and the shower drain was slow , but we were careful and delt with it , the only thing was the unfriendly manager and rude way he delt with us on check in , he was unwilling to help us upgrade, and get us a couple of chairs ,”airbnb
