“The location is beautiful right by the ocean! Overall it wasn’t a bad stay, but a few things were misleading. The main bedroom pillowcases and bedspread had dirty stains, and the bed only had a top sheet tucked in instead of a fitted sheet—so it kept sliding off while we slept, leaving us on the bare mattress. There were no extra sheets to switch it out with. In the kitchen, the dish scrubby was clearly overused and smelled awful, and there weren't any fresh ones. Lastly, having only 5 towels for a family staying 5 nights—with daily beach trips and showers—just wasn't enough. With a few fixes on basic supplies and cleanliness, it could be a much better stay.”

“The view is excellent. The condo is well designed and there are plenty of amenities. It does need instructions for the stove and a sign to remind you to turn off the coffee pot. The balcony door in the master sweet would not open. There are some problems that need to be fixed, that I addressed with the rental company.”

“The place was nice and matched the description — great location, super easy to get to the pools and beach, and all the amenities were there. A few small hiccups: the TV in the master bedroom didn't work, the kitchen cutlery wasn't the cleanest, and the wifi went out (a tech came by to fix it, which worked out fine but wasn't the most convenient while we were there). Key pickup was at a separate office, a bit of an old-school process but no big deal. Overall a good stay and would consider booking again.”

“RUDE STAFF at front desk at Saida Royale! Wouldn’t assist with Parking Passes nor towels I was always instructed to “call who you booked with””

“Wifi was very iffy on ig it worked or not and service inside the room was spotty. And had issue with the front desk lady about not being able to reverse into a parking spot”

“The stay at Saida buildings is always great. This time there was painting, maintenance and pressure washing going on the building so it was a little noisy. Other than that it was great.”

“We recently stayed at this beautiful condo and truly enjoyed our experience overall. The views were absolutely stunning, and the rooms were clean, comfortable, and well maintained. One of the best parts of the stay was the direct beach access, which made everything convenient and relaxing. The location and atmosphere made for a wonderful getaway. The only unfortunate part of our trip was that our vehicle was mistakenly towed, and we were still required to pay $300 to retrieve it, despite having proof of staying there. While mistakes can happen, the situation was frustrating and put a damper on an otherwise enjoyable stay. Despite that issue, the condo itself was beautiful and we appreciated the time we spent there.”

“Since this place is run by a rental company, it doesn’t have that special touch like some other places on the island that I’ve stayed at. Small cockroach in the bathroom, but no others. Blood spot on the couch. (ick) Also, it wouldn’t kill the rental company to add a few spices other than salt and pepper. (Think cinnamon, maybe?) So conveniently located? Yes. Charm? No, if that’s what you’re looking for. Overall, a place to sleep.”

“The property is dated and needs attention. The Bahia Mar staff if lacking in professionalism. The 3 ladies at Bahia Mar are not helpful. The security staff doesn’t do anything at night stopping loud people. This has nothing to do with the host. Parking is horrible, and check-in by the guard staff is slow and unorganized. Host was available for all issues.”
