“We had a good stay! The property is very nice, comfortable, and accurately described. The only minor issue in the unit is that it have been helpful to have basic kitchen essentials like salt, pepper, and oil provided. The pools are really nice. Our only real complaint was that the building itself transfers a lot of neighbor noise at night. Other than that, everything was great!”

“Overall, we had a good stay at Sunchase IV and there were several things we really enjoyed. The views from the condo were beautiful, the pool was well maintained, and having direct beach access made it incredibly convenient. The seventh-floor sky deck was a great place to relax and take in the scenery, and the second-floor library was a quiet, peaceful bonus. The property is in a great location on South Padre Island, we never had any issues finding parking, and the luggage carts made check-in and check-out much easier. Unfortunately, our experience was overshadowed by an electrical issue in our unit. During our stay, the power repeatedly surged, causing the ceiling fan light to switch on unexpectedly while other devices in the loft sleeping area would lose power. We reported the problem immediately, and an electrician was sent to the condo. They confirmed that one of the breakers needed to be repaired. While we appreciate that the issue was addressed, it was still an inconvenience th”

“The home we stayed in was very nice. And accessible to everything on the island. Back sliding door was a little bit hard to open, but we managed. Other than that, the home was beautiful. Plenty of space for all all of us. Would stay here again.”

“Great location , the price for this rental is overpriced- it’s old , dirty , beds are uncomfortable, everything is worn down. I wouldn’t stay again but if you’re looking for space for a family trip and you don’t mind overspending then this is your best option”

“This condo was just.. okay. Pros: -walkable distance to many activities and restaurants -Nice to have pool on site, and fishing pier -Fit 10 people comfortably -prompt communication Cons: -very limited parking. Only 2 parking passes given for a unit that fits 10 people. 3rd vehicle parked in visitor parking and was towed. -very limited supplies given for a 3 night stay with 10 guests. such as only 2 toilets papers, 1 dishwasher pod, no dish sponge, 1 paper towel roll, 1 trash bag, tiny bottle of shampoo/body soap. -Air conditioner takes a very long to cool. Mainly an issue during the day (at the hottest times), didn’t properly cool until evening. -Extra charge for condo bracelets -guest has to pick up bracelets, keys, parking passes before check in and drop off keys after check out -several extra steps after booking with Airbnb necessary. Ex: signing contract, provide card to have on file, provide names/DOB of all guests, vehicle description/license plates, etc.”
