“great condo with a nice shared pool”

“This place was incredible I enjoyed every moment, Everything is walking distance. Everyone was very helpful and sweet during check-in/Check-out, was a very easy process in general. The place look just like the pictures and gave such a warm home feeling. Very Safe environment, my family and I will definitely book again whenever we come.”

“Overall, pretty great stay. The backyard was the highlight of the place. Amazing hot tub and very nice pool. Beware of check in you must check in at management office and abide by their office hours. If you don’t make it on time there is a $50 fee. You also have to sign an agreement outside of Airbnb to stay. The place was great. A little bit of pest issue in the kitchen. There was also a nail protruding from the staircase that nicked a couple of us. Hot water was not available in one of the showers. Other than that, the place is a great choice for anyone looking to get away and have close proximity to the beach with a private pool.”

“There are unexpected rules when you purchase. You would need to go through another website and add many other details including credit card details, rental agreement, and etc. Also, it requires a complex check-in processes that 1 - you are given with a short window hours (I got 1 hour) otherwise you need to pay extra fee($50), a remote location to check in, return keys to the remote location. The property was clean although there are many ants roaming around. I stayed for four days and there was only one day shampoo & body wash. When I asked them, they told me that typically guest brings their own and another set can be given if we come to the remote check-in office. Although staffs are helpful, the overall processes weren't good enough.”

“The property management was friendly and made check-in a breeze. After reserving on Airbnb, I was made aware that pets are only allowed for long term stays which isn’t mentioned on here. The staff was able to accommodate but there was an additional fee (also not mentioned on Airbnb). The place looked clean and is spacious but there’s a noticeable funky smell and roaches.”
