PacWest Vacation Rentals

4.71Visit website
PacWest Vacation Rentals's guest rating of 4.71 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“This location has a beautiful view - 10 out of 10. The space itself, more like motel quality inside. Definitely needs some updates. First thing I noticed was an old home smell. It was clean but still can benefit from a good deep clean of the windows, floor, carpet. For the price we did except a little more updated ameneites. Dont even attempt to use the hairdryer, its probably not even safe. The beach view and the private deck is what kept me from moving elsewhere. This space has lots of room for improvement.”

“Was super nice area. Saw wildlife and was an easy walk to downtown and the beach. Enjoyed all the foliage around the house”
