“We absolutely loved the home, which was spacious and comfortable enough to accommodate my entire family. The property was well equipped with plenty of amenities, including a wide selection of games in the cabinets, kayaks, and paddleboards for guests to enjoy. Although the listing mentions a hot tub, the heating function was not working during our stay. Fortunately, the weather was beautiful, and we were still able to enjoy the lovely, clean swimming pool. One thing future guests should be aware of is that the property is located in a retirement community. During the afternoon, while we were enjoying the pool and playing music, a neighboring resident called the police regarding the noise. We did not feel that our music was excessively loud, especially given the time of day, but this experience is worth mentioning for future guests. Tyler is a fantastic host, and we sincerely appreciate his hospitality. We would definitely consider renting this property again in the future!”

“Look no more, Pelican Lookout is truly an amazing home away from home getaway. We had 3 families with kiddos ranging from 3months - 4years old, everyone enjoyed the home! We never left the home and didn’t feel the need to even check out the beach! I never appreciated a heated pool until our stay. It was sunny and then there was some overcast, but with a quick touch of an app, the pool was heated and the fun never had to stop. The hot tub and making snores was hit for all too! We had so much fun fishing! We caught 10-12 fish and 5 crabs! The home was equipped with so much, anything we needed the home had it. The Blackstone grill was a bonus! We were able to whip up breakfast/lunch/dinner on it for the group! The home was a dream to stay In and what made the stay sweeter was the Host , Tyler. From the start till even after our stay, he was friendly, reliable and always responsive. I knew after booking we would be taken care of and left me with no worries. Can’t wait to return! :)”
