“This house was perfect for my family of 6. I chose it for all the activities available to keep my 4 boys busy and most importantly safe. The hosue provides door gates, video baby monitors, and a chain lock to keep excited toddlers from escaping in the early morning hours while you sleep. Pool is in the shade,putting green, corn hole, sandbox, and a kids roller coaster kept the kids busy and mostly out of the August high sun. They also provide an extensive set of beach toys, chairs, beach wagon, and a pop-up shade to get non-beach families like ours (northeast Texans) into the surf stress free. The beach access is 1 min ride down the street. Beautiful balconies to watch the waves. Too many great things to mention, but with my final few characters I will say that Rodney was responding to my questions late into the evening. He was extremely helpful in getting the amazing hot tub going for me the first night. 10/10 would stay here again and again. Thank you for the great vacation”

“We had an amazing time as a family!!! Was so comfortable and clean and just refreshing to have a holiday!! Amazing restaurant practically across the road called Watermans - on the water and outstanding food. Highly recommend ESPECIALLY families as Tyler and team have thought of EVERYTHING!! Our grandson was loving the games room - just incredible details. Can’t wait to return!! ❤️”

“Great host! Beautiful home. They had plenty of supplies for the pool and kids. Kitchen was well equipped. The grill was in good and clean condition. There was a bit a wear and tear in the house and with the bedroom linens but over all it was a great home to stay in.”
