“We enjoyed our stay at Nick and DeAnne’s condo. It’s conveniently located close to the Waikiki beach shoreline and within walking distance to many stores and restaurants. The free parking was definitely a big plus! The unit was comfortable for the three of us and had a lovely balcony view. We didn’t use the pool, but it looked very nice and well maintained. One thing to note is that the condo is on a higher floor, so you’ll need to use the elevator each time you come and go. Overall, we had a great stay and appreciated the convenient location and comfortable space.”

“Unfortunately, this stay did not meet our expectations. The apartment was not clean when we arrived: the kitchen needed additional cleaning, the bathtub had unpleasant stains, and we found hair and dirt in the bathroom. This was especially difficult because we were traveling with a young child, and he was very uncomfortable using the bathtub. There was also a large mirror placed in a way that felt unsafe for a child, as it could be knocked over easily. Because of the cleanliness and safety concerns, we decided to leave and move to another place. The location may be convenient, but in our experience the apartment needs much better cleaning and attention to basic guest comfort.”

“We stayed in the penthouse for a family wedding, and the view is absolutely stunning, truly the highlight of this unit. However, the condo needs atention. Parts appear updated, but others are not. Several doors were problematic, including the hallway bathroom door that was difficult to open and close and even got stuck. We opted for keeping it open, causing inconvinience for guests. Sleeping was challenging,as there were no curtains in the living room, despite curtain rods being present. Beds were quite hard and not very comfortable. Basic supplies were very limited, with only small travel size toiletries (1 hotel size bar soap for 2 sinks) and minimal toilet paper (1 roll per bathroom) for a group of 6, so we had to purchase additional items. The listing photos do no accurately reflect the current state. We found constuction material in two closets. The 2nd bedrm doesnt have a nightstand so you have to place your phone, meds, on the floor. I mssged the host but he didn't reply.”
