Outrageous Cabins

“We had a wonderful stay in Pigeon Forge. The cabin was absolutely beautiful, with wonderful views of the mountains. The neighborhood was very quiet and peaceful. Our son loved having the upstairs suite all to himself. So much to do, highly recommend this cabin to anyone visiting the area.”

“This cabin was honestly amazing. I think it was the nicest and cleanest cabin we have stayed at yet. The listing, photos and description was everything it said and then some. They had everything you’d need in the kitchen and even shampoo, conditioner, body wash, lotion if you forgot yours like I did... The housekeeper lady does a phenomenal job as the cabin was spotless! You can tell they also do great upkeep on the cabin as we noticed a few things they had repaired. The host was very responsive and even friendly when they called us. We came down on a whim and had no place booked when we got to Sevierville and I booked this one and within 10mins had all the check in instructions and everything to get it. We had a great stay and can’t wait to come stay again!”

“I've stayed with Outrageous Cabins before and loved the previous one we stayed in. this one wasnt ideal at all.. one bed was advertised as a king and one a queen. both were the same size and extremely uncomfortable. there was a plank hanging from the ceiling, the couch was broken.. literally the entire middle was not there, a tile was extremely loose in the bathroom and there was what looked like super glue on the drain and all over the shower floor? the lights outside didnt work, pistachio shells on the floor when we walked in and also in the hot tub, there was an ice cream container in the yard and it was honestly just overall disappointing we ended up leaving the day before our last day because we genuinely just could not sleep on the bed again. extremely disappointed as my family and I planned to stay with this company every time we visit since our first trip. this one changed our mind for sure. :(”

“Check-in starts from 3pm and they send you cabin address at 3pm or 5-10min prior check-in time which doesn’t make any sense and even requested them to share the address to set up map didn’t work as they mentioned they can share only at 3pm. Not sure Without knowing where it is, where can we set up map to? So, had to set up map to Gatlinburg and waited till 3 to get the cabin address and due to terrible traffic had took almost an hour to get there from from our wait place. If you want to check after checkin time, it works but if you want to check right at the checkin time, it won’t work because if you’re on other side of pigeon forge or Gatlinburg, it will take 30-50mins(might be more if there is traffic) to get to the place and took another 30-50mins go back to Citi to roam around.”
