“Best AirBB rental so far for our family. Location is perfect! Walking distance from the beach main entrance. Sitting and relaxing in the 6th floor balcony every morning and sunset was the best experience. I will rent this place again in a heartbeat.”

“Great place to stay, we had so much fun. There are Pickleball courts across the street which are available for round robin pick up play every morning. Easy to walk across the street, with beach chairs included, a cooler, wagon to carry all your beach supplies, easy to wash off the sand outside the condo before coming in the building. The balcony was great to have, great view of the ocean. The pool was clean and everybody was friendly. We will definitely come back again!”

“This was my first time to stay anywhere but in the Village, and the unit did not disappoint. Not too far of a walk to the village or a quick ride on the trolley. The beach views were spectacular! Not a better way to start the day than having my morning coffee on the balcony overlooking paradise. The unit was spotless and well stocked with many beach accessories. The pool was also very nice and well maintained. Highly recommend this unit!”

“Overall, we had a great stay. It is a hike to the beach and tough to pull the wagon- I would suggest carrying what you need in and out. The neighbors above us were VERY heavy footed- to the point that they woke us up many mornings around 6:30am. I don’t believe this was on purpose or because they were exceptionally loud- just a design flaw between floors. Hot water had sulfur smell- perhaps an anode issue. A water softener would be helpful in general (hard water). Having said all that, the unit is nice, comfortable and we felt very safe there. We hope to return at some point!”

“This was our second stay at Our House at the Beach, and my kids and I absolutely love this community. They even call it “the vacation home.” Last time we stayed in the West Tower, and this time in the Lake House — both have been excellent, well‑equipped, and comfortable. The permanent residents are incredibly friendly, and I honestly couldn’t recommend a more family‑oriented environment. Siesta Key Beach is right across the street, and everything you need for a beach day is already provided. As long as it remains economically feasible, this will continue to be my family’s go‑to spot whenever we want a week at the beach.”
