“Location could not be better. Parking can be tricky, but if you’re proactive and patient, there is plenty of places to park within one block. We had two cars and both found easy parking in less than one block for the entire duration. The unit is fantastic all the amenities comfortable clean and felt right at home. Reminder that you are staying over a bar restaurant on the main strip, so there is consistent hustle and bustle noise of a vacation Beachtown. However, it is not a problem whatsoever at night 10 PM. Everything shuts down and is quiet. Literally everything you need is within a walk down the staircase. Grocery Mart liquor store all the restaurants you need plus activities are right there. The actual beach is a block and a half walk and you’re on the sand! Highly recommend and would certainly stay there again.Stephany is ultra, responsive, helpful, friendly, and flexible to the best of her ability. We were able to check in 3 hours early. Fantastic rental can’t recommend enough!”

“Stephany responded super fast as I was in a pinch to fina a great unit literally the day of. She saved my trip as my previous booking got declined due to overlapping bookings. Location was exactly as described and such great proximity to the beach. Probably about 10-12 restaurants all downstairs super close. Only had to use our car to go to breakfast republic in pacific beach. This was one of the only units that had AC which was also a huge plus as most beach units don’t have AC. Would definitely stay again!”

“My family and I have stayed at Stephany’s cottage several times. She is such a great host. Very responsive and communicative. The location is ideal. Right between the peaceful and majestic La Jolla area, and also walkable and bike-able to the PB boardwalk & Mission Bay. The cottage is very clean, has a very cute patio area, and is in a nice quiet community. We look forward to staying there again.”

“WOW! Stephany was such a great host and her home was beautiful! She was so responsive to any/all messages sent and even allowed us to drop off our luggage early the morning of check-in to make our trip easier. I’ve been coming to La Jolla every year for awhile to see family, this trip has a little more sentimental meaning these days and Stephany as well as her home made this visit one of my absolute favorites! The location is less than 5 minutes from the beach! Several beach things available to use including boogie boards, chairs, umbrella, toys, and beach towels! So many yummy restaurants nearby to enjoy and an ice cream shop to finish off any evening with! You don’t even notice the noise from the busy street your staying on, The home itself is clean, cozy, and very relaxing! I could not recommend this location more to anyone looking for somewhere to stay in La Jolla and can’t wait to come back again! Thank you Stephany for your kindness and sharing your home with us!”
