“Beautiful home! The pictures don’t do it justice. Absolutely loved the rooftop! Would 10000% recommend. Each room has its own bathroom connected, which is perfect for a big family trip. Clayton responded very quickly to a few small things that came up, which naturally happens with a house of this size. The golf cart was great to have but the home was so close to the beach it was an easy stroller ride with kids. The ceilings are so tall and the living area is so spacious it never felt close to crowded - we took the whole family and had people in every bed. For my over planners like myself: The room with the 4 bunk beds and king with the bunks are on the lower floor. 2 rooms with kings are on the main second floor and the 2 largest rooms are on the third floor. Again - I highly recommend this Airbnb and it’s perfect for a family trip!”

“This home in particular has what I would consider the IDEAL spot—steps from the beach access and one street over from the pool. We were 6 adults, 2 teens, and 4 kids under 6, and this home had everything we needed! We loved the 2 living spaces and the spacious bedrooms (4 of the 6 bedrooms have closets big enough to hold pack n plays…parents of littles, IYKYK 🤣). A few perks: the ice maker (GAME CHANGER), efficient washer/dryer, provided beach towels/chairs, 2 fridges, giant TVs in every bedroom, and the front porches for hanging out. And a HUGE shoutout to Clayton, the property manager, who was THE most responsive I’ve ever dealt with in 15+ years of Airbnb stays. Every text was answered within minutes! When our grill needed cleaning, he had Patrick out within 48 hours, and Patrick wasn’t just “wiping” it down—he brought power tools. So impressive! There are a few odds and ends that could use some tweaking, but nothing prevented us from having a SPECTACULAR stay. Will stay again!!”

“Fantastic location and Clayton was ALWAYS responsive. Easy walk to the beach which was fabulous. Dishwasher and dryer did not work very well and upstairs faucet leaked. But minor compared to the location and the private gated community. Would recommend the house and Clayton was always there if you needed him.”

The elevator was an incredible feature, especially since we had a few senior family members with us. Clayton was an outstanding host—he came by to help us with the elevator, and once we understood how it worked, it was very easy to use. The living room and kitchen were perfect for our large group. The kitchen had plenty of space for everyone to gather for breakfast, and the comfortable living area made it easy for all of us to spend quality time together, especially during our game nights. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay. Clayton was responsive, helpful, and made sure we had everything we needed.
