“For the price i enjoyed the home plus it had a pool. They need to update there utensils and pots , so if you like to cook , make sure you bring your own pots.”

“Al abrir la puerta me enamoré de la casa, muy espaciosa y bonita, el área del café muy lindo; sofá muy cómodo. La cocina tenía lo necesario, vendría bien un update en ollas,más variedad de platos y vasos.Las camas estaban cómodas,las sábanas olían bien y estaban limpias,pero en el cuarto de niños habían algunas almohadas incómodas y una de sus fundas estaba rota,2 sábanas de arroparse tenían pelusa.Los baños muy limpios y decorados,me encantó el jabón del Resort y que nos dejaran papel, papel toalla, lava trastes etc.El dishwasher tenía mucho jabón seco pegado.Habían cucarachas chiquitas por casi toda la casa.El garaje necesita un update,la alfombra estaba algo sucia. La lavadora y secadora 10/10💗En el área de la piscina fue triste llegar y no estaban las sillas lounge, mesa de patio grande marrón, tampoco el sofá, había limo en los cojines de uno de los 2 sets de patio.Las alfombras estorban.Mi cuarto sin seguro,querían repararlo,dijimos no x la privacidad.En fin Angie fue muy buena💗”

“The location was great, especially for visiting the parks. The house was spacious, and the beds were comfortable. However, there were several issues during our stay that should be addressed. There was a cockroach problem in the kitchen and bathrooms, although thankfully we did not find any in the bedrooms. The left side of the kitchen sink also kept getting clogged. Additionally, the alarm went off for several hours without any apparent reason, which was very disruptive to our peace and sleep. The biggest issue was the air conditioning. The house felt warm throughout our stay, and the temperature was already set at the maximum allowed by the host, so we had to sleep feeling hot every night. Overall, it’s not a bad property, and the location is very convenient, but there are several details that need attention to make the stay more comfortable for future guests.”

“Don’t book this air bnb it was roaches in the kitchen when you start cooking they come from behind the oven . It was no lights outside for the pool so we couldn’t in joy the pool . The walls were dirty and the towels were dirty . Also when we opened the refrigerator one of the shelves was already broken. The sheets were dirty and it was roaches and geckos in the bathrooms .The couch was also broken and ripping apart .”

“We walked in and everything seemed ok until we started to get settle we started noticing issues. Bugs in the pool, a smell so strong that I had an allergic reaction. We mentioned the issues to the host and they disregarded them. We had to leave after 2hrs because I was getting worse. Airbnb had to get involved because the host was unresponsive. We will never be back”

“Unfortunately, our stay did not meet expectations. The floors were extremely dirty upon arrival. After simply walking around in white socks, they were visibly covered in dirt, and we ended up cleaning the floors ourselves. The biggest issue was the pool. I specifically communicated before booking that we planned to spend Sunday at the pool, which was a major reason we chose this property. Sunday morning, we found the pool green and unusable and immediately contacted the host with photos. We did not receive an update about a technician until 6:24 PM, after we had already made other plans and lost our planned pool day. The issues affected our stay enough that we left Sunday evening instead of staying through Monday checkout. Management offered $35 in compensation, which did not reasonably reflect the cleanliness issues and loss of an important advertised amenity. Unfortunately, I cannot recommend this stay based on our experience.”

“If I could give no stars, that is what I would do although the pictures are identical to the home walking in I found glass on the ground beer bottle tops on the ground walking into the house. The floors were dirty walls stained air vents, dirty, dusty all the furniture needs to be updated no towels or washcloths for the whole weekend TVs in the living room and the master bedroom otherwise no other TVs the pool was dirty the whole weekend, full of green algae blinds leading out to the back, broken, no security around the pool and to top it off when we returned from the theme park, we decided to cook and roaches started coming from behind the stove and the cabinets when I requested a refund or at least a partial refund I was told no I do plan to escalate this with Airbnb. Upon checkout, we made sure to clean every thing we touched, so none of it could be blamed on our stay.”

“Should maintain more utensils in kitchen And there is no hand soaps in washrooms and issue with trash and charged $50 extra Can be more clear instructions Except that Every thing is good Easy to check-in Good environment”

“I would not recommend staying I paid over $320 bathroom was dirty blanket had stains it was not worth the stay had to wait 2 days for towels. Good area but not a nice stay”
