Property was in a great area, really secure and great deck area. Little tired in places and issue with Wi-Fi really impacted our stay - no connection for first 3 days meaning no internet or TV. Numerous phone calls and messages over the weekend isn't ideal on vacation. Arrived Friday and issue wasn't resolved until Monday afternoon.

House was great, easy to find and easy to check in/out. Only negative was some room bending could use an upgrade. Not all amenities were provided as listed. Other than that, we would definitely stay here again

The house was a beautiful and spacious place but bathroom were not correctly clean, curtains stained with mold, sinks have dirty black stuff, fridge water fountain very molding and dirty and a discount refund was requested because of the above and it was denied. This was report and address with in a day.

Disappointed! Stay overshadowed by significant issues that impacted our experience overall. No persistent hot water throughout stay. Ice maker, despite containing ice, was non-functional dispersing no ice cubes. Kitchen faucet leaking around base, unstable and moved each time the lever was lifted. Home supplied with 2 trash bags, 3 bath cloths, no laundry or dish detergents, baths with 1 roll of toilet paper & 1 hotel style bar soap per bath. No instructions on stripping beds or where to place linens for washing prior to departure. Home with subpar cleanliness, couches & bed pillows shed feathers all over clothes. There were visible stains, fingerprints on wall surfaces, residue on refrigerator shelves, counters, dressers, hair in refrigerator, dirty shower liners that need replacing consistently. No tangible remediation or compensation offered from owner after second communication about no hot water. A property listed for a group up to 12 guests must uphold higher standards!

House was beautiful, the location and pool was so peaceful, home was cozy and stocked with all the essentials. Place could have definitely been more updated and clean, we could only get one of the five tvs to work due to it being outdated so we mainly enjoyed the pool, and although I requested heat to the pool I was advised my two day stay wouldn’t get the full benefits since it takes time to heat and I wasn’t told until after I booked and there was no refunds or cancellation so we made the best of it. They also did not accommodate a later checkout even though calendar showed vacant but we did enjoy our stay, would visit again

We chose this home (and paid more in comparison to other listings) because we wanted a home with its own pool and especially a hot tub for late February evenings. The hot tub doesn't work. Colder than pool. When the hot tub timer is turned on it actually activates the pool heat. The first morning we were enjoying the warm pool for about 20 minutes when the pool guy arrived and said we had to get out for the next few hours as he was adding chemicals. Upon check in, the tv in livng room was blasting and lights were left on upstairs, we felt uneasy like someone may have been in the house. My children huddled on the couch with me while my husband checked all rooms and closets. Day 2 we did groceries that evening just to find tiny ants in our food in pantry the next day. Communicated to hosts, 24hrs later they reply, no apology just a "thanks for letting us know." Then with no warning/communication pest control guy knocks on door dropping off ant traps. Only 1 towel per room set out.
