“We stayed at this property for three days. Overall, the house was clean, well-organized, and everything was prepared when we arrived. The outdoor area was also clean and nicely maintained. However, there were several issues that affected our stay. On our first day, we were unable to use the pool because the pool controls and lights were not working. It turned out that something had been switched off, and we had no way to fix it ourselves. We called the emergency support line, but we were told that no one could come until the following morning. Unfortunately, we lost the opportunity to enjoy the pool on our first day. In addition, the pool itself was very dirty when we arrived, so we couldn’t use it that day anyway. The jacuzzi was clean, but the pool water was not, which was disappointing. The layout of the property was also not ideal for larger groups. The property is divided into two completely separate buildings—a main house and a back house—that are connected onl”

“The place was pretty great overall. The yard is huge, with different areas where you can relax and spend time. The pool is big and really nice, and the inside of the house was cozy, clean, and comfortable. The kitchen is a little older, but it had all the necessary amenities for cooking dinners, which worked perfectly for us. The showers were also well stocked with shampoo, conditioner, body wash, and there was a hairdryer available too. There were plenty of beach towels in the closets, so it really felt like the house had everything we could possibly need. The only downside was that we had to pick up the keys from the property management office and then return them there as well, which added an extra drive. Other than that, everything was great and we really enjoyed our stay.”

“We loved our stay at Vista El Quetzal. Great location, close to restaurants, casino and grocery stores. The swimming pool and the covered patio area were our favorite part of the house, the living space was very comfortable, house was very clean and kitchen had everything we needed.”

“We enjoyed our stay. Oranj Palm was very responsive, helpful, and friendly leading up to check-in and when we had a few minor issues during the stay. The house was decently clean, with the exception of the floors (feet were black from walking around barefoot) and the primary bathroom shower. The layout was perfect for a big family or group of friends, two bedrooms on one side of the house two on the other each with their own bathroom and a big open-concept kitchen and living room that overlooks the backyard and pool. A lot of the furniture can use an upgrade (a lot of cracked white leather pieces) but we were very happy with the comfortable beds. Despite these few things though, it was a comfortable good stay and we would rent from Oranj Palm again.”

“It was such a lovely place and was very clean. Backyard with the pool looked so nice. We didn’t have time to enjoy the pool but definitely made it a very cool background for our pics haha. They also have a pool table inside which is a great add and also if you have an electric vehicle you can charge your car which was so convenient! Loved staying here I’ll probably be back.”

“Clean, and great setup for festival weekend. Very cute house with a nice refreshing pool to help soak after long days. They provide everything you need. Most comfortable bed as well. Oranj palm check in was really seamless too.”

“The neighbours were extremely rude , we had a very bad situation happen and the host was very unhelpful and didn’t want to accommodate and help despite us having a death happen just before the trip.”

“First, the home is beautiful, more spacious than it looks, and was very clean. We had a great time! There were a few things that took away from this wonderful home. They list 2 of the bedrooms as queen beds. They are not what I call queen beds. I would call them full beds. The planned on having 2 adults stay in those beds and that did not work. Next, we paid to heat the pool and hot tub, which is fine. The problem was, we had to call 3 times to get the hot tub turned on so it stayed hot for more than 10 minutes. In addition, the pool seems to be heated through with hot tub water entering the pool. The pool was never all that warm. This place would be a 5/5 stars without the 2 issues I mentioned above.”
