Orange Door Stays
4.80Visit website
Orange Door Stays's guest rating of 4.80 is below average and may adversely impact performance. Some of this can come from specific properties they manage — but where reviews point to manager weaknesses (responsiveness, cleanliness, listing accuracy) that would apply to your home too, they can adversely affect your bookings and the quality of guests you attract.

“Our stay was amazing the only thing was there was no stove or coffee maker”airbnb

“Very happy to have stayed in this chic space. Loved the private access and the neighborhood. Accessible to so many things like beaches, malls and restaurants.”airbnb

“Great place to stay! I’d visit again. My only wish is that there were extra towels or a dryer/washer. Otherwise it was a pleasant stay.”airbnb

“Overall, we had a decent stay for the price we paid, but we were left a little disappointed with the overall condition of the property. As an Airbnb host myself, I understand how challenging it can be to keep up with maintenance, especially during the busy summer season with back-to-back bookings. However, it’s important to make time for routine upkeep, even if that means temporarily taking the property off the market to complete needed repairs. The home could benefit from a fresh coat of paint, and the door lock should have been repaired before guests arrived. I’ve taken my own property offline to address even small maintenance issues because those details make a big difference in the guest experience. The beds were also quite firm and uncomfortable, making it difficult to get a good night’s sleep. Additionally, the bathrooms are very small and may not be comfortable or accessible for larger guests. I understand that rates increased because FIFA was in town, which is expected.”airbnb

“Wifi was shotty and cut off completely at night, entrance gave off bad vibes, no stove/oven in kitchen, just a microwave oven and hot plate. They have hotel check in times and charge hotel prices so I expect hotel quality. They also gave me a “complementary late check out” at 11am when that’s the standard for every hotel I’ve ever been to.”airbnb

“The place is in a great location and very clean. The bed however was horribly uncomfortable and squeaky, so I hardly slept at all. The couch was also not comfortable, and just the furniture overall felt very cheap. Also the one full bathroom is an awkward Jack and Jill, so it’s hard to know when you might walk in someone. I also wasn’t going to leave a review but they literally called and called and left messages trying to get us to leave a 5 star review. As a fellow host, I understand one request- via chat- but not calling and harassing guests to leave 5 star reviews. It makes me think a lot of the good reviews here felt forced.”airbnb

“Duct tape on outlets Tv mount loose Tv mount too close to bed frame, in which blocks view Smaller than expected room. Ac unit vent wouldn’t sometimes open so it would be noisy Expected more for the price I paid.. could’ve gone to hotel with all amenities and breakfast for cheaper than room price..”airbnb

“Location was incredible, I used to live in that neighborhood so it was great to be back but what really killed it for us was the poor quality inside the home. Couch was very uncomfortable, TV’s were logged into someone else’s accounts and required PIN to logout and when we reached out to the hosts they said they couldn’t do anything about it. TV in the main bedroom was broken and when maintenance came out to look at it they said they would have to replace it on a different day. We had to go out and buy shower gel, shampoo and conditioner because the ones that were in the home smelled like dog shampoo. I had to pay to check in an hour early at 3 but was given the door code 3:20. Don’t get me wrong, the location is well worth it but be warned that the toiletries and amenities are very cheap”airbnb

“We went to check in and the place wasn’t clean at all . We communicated with the host they said they didn’t know that their house keeper didn’t show up. We drove all the way to check in the bed wasn’t made and trash everywhere. The host was telling us to book with another Airbnb for a night or they can clean it while we are waiting offer 10 percent discount smh also the place doesn’t have kichen if you plan to cook . We were very disappointed and we have to look for another airbnb .”airbnb
