“We enjoyed our stay at the condo. Great location and beautiful beach right outside the condominium. Nice huge wraparound balcony. Only thing we would change is the bed in the master bedroom was not very comfortable to us and the linens were not very good. Everyone in the other bedrooms liked their beds.”

“It was a nice condo for my family. We enjoyed the pool and the walk to the beach wasn’t too far.”

“A lot of things were sub standard and could have been better for the price. The locking key pad failed to work on day one. There was one key for backup in realtor box that barely worked. Owner was notified about the issue, but nothing was done. House appears to have been recently built with building debris/trash surrounding house. Driveway needs landscaping trimming as it was near impossible to park without scratching vehicles. Internet was near impossible to use and cell service is very spotty. It was quicker to drive away from house to download movies. TVs are extremely small. Watching our phones appeared larger. Two of the chairs in living room were extremely uncomfortable. Beds are noisy and bunkbed bedroom doesn't have a ceiling fan or return air vent which makes the room extremely hot at night with the door closed. The kitchen was missing basic dinner knives, bowls, and utensils. There is an outside faucet but no hose to wash sand off.”

“We had to clean the master ceiling fan. It had not been cleaned for months and months, and the floors felt gritty and dirty. Their mop was broke , I did try to clean it I’m a clean fanatic they just need to replace the mop and allow the people who are renting to do some cleanup and the furniture needs to be cleaned. A good deep, upholstery clean is necessary other than that it was fine.”

“Place is very dirty! Everything is stained and dirty. Barely any hot water so my family had to take freezing cold showers! Tubs won’t drain. My brother in law had to take a screwdriver and pull a huge disgusting clump of hair out of the drain of one of the showers! : Almost everything is dirty and stained down to the rugs, towels, sheets, walls, couches etc Everything! : Tubs won’t drain, fridge barely cools : Not enough living room/dining room seating to accommodate 8 : No lights outside at night. VERY DARK AND DANGEROUS! : Shrubs and bushes on the wooden path need trimming BAD. It pokes you! : Debris/trash/huge dust bunnies/we found fishing line on the living room rug where a 7 M old baby was laying and almost put in his mouth : Outside fans don’t work, lights don’t work : Food particles left all over : Uncomfortable cheap falling apart furniture Overall the place was NOT CLEAN! Not worth the $ at all. Was refused a refund. They have other reviews of uncleanliness so they know!!!”

“Overall, this place was not bad. When we arrived I immediately noticed the sheets were dirty and had stains and hair all over them. The pillows were also extremely flat, old, and stained. The accommodations were also lacking. Absolutely nothing was provided, not even hand soap. The view, the pool, and the location was great! They just need to clean better and maybe provide a little more for their guests!”

“The view was everything. The condo had character, but it was not inviting and needed attention. Vents & Filters needed cleaning & changing, Bathrooms were unwelcoming, dirty and small. The rug in living room needs to be replaced or clean because it was so much sand in it. We put in a ticket for repairs (refrigerator door rails missing & shower curtain dirty & need replacing-we had to hang it ourselves-UNACCEPTABLE!!!!) and no one every showed up.”

“The location was convenient and the area was nice. Overall, the stay was comfortable, but there were some cleanliness issues that should be addressed. The sheets and bed skirt appeared dirty, and we found dishes in the cabinets that still had food residue on them. With better attention to cleaning, this would be a much stronger stay.”

“The beds are comfortable and close to public beach. No windows will open and the kitchen stove, counters and table were not clean. I cleaned it upon arrival. They offered to send cleaners after I cleaned. The stove is broken and the refrigerator froze my food. No one ever came to fix stove or open windows like they said. The tub faucet drips The place needs maintenance and deep cleaning”

“Overall the stay was nice. Several issues with house keeping and cleaning that were disappointing on arrival. The balcony and out door tv was a nice touch!”
