“This was one of the most well maintained houses I've been to. It was beautiful inside and out. the pool and jacuzzi were perfect! the host was very communicative and offered recommendations for brunch spots. we ended up going to Wilma + Frieda and it was lovely! The house was less than 2 miles from Downtown Palm Springs. We also appreciated the use of the garage for our truck. Overall, a very relaxing stay!”

“I could not recommend this property more! The host was incredibly responsive and helpful before, during, and wrapping up the stay. My group of 6 had more than enough room and everything was in phenomenal condition. Each room incudes a good sized closet and there were enough robes for all. They had everything you could think of and got back to additional requests very quickly. Fantastic outdoor area and driveway parking - great places for group photos as well!”

“This place is in a beautiful historic building that's placed in a great area. it's in walking distance of Little Tokyo, Grand Central Market, is close to the Metro station that makes it super easy to get around LA. It is extremely walkable and close to public transportation, making it incredibly easy to never need a car. The apartment is clean and supplied with whatever you need for long term stays. Open air is very responsive and helpful. They respond very quickly even in the middle of the night. I had a problem with the dishwasher and it was fixed in a couple hours! I do have to mention that the call box has not worked for years so if you arrive at night, there is no security personnel after 5 or none at all during the week so you have to wait for someone to let you in that lives in the building. I was let in right away and didn't have a problem. there is no 24/7 security I highly recommend this place. I honestly enjoyed it so much, I ended up signing a lease in the building!”

“We had the best stay ever and are already planning our future trip back! Jimmy and the Open Air team were so nice, responsive and accommodating - truly made the entire trip seamless! The tennis court was beautiful and approved by our tennis pro friends - stunning pool, beautiful grounds and house! Felt like a hidden gem in the neighborhood, truly an oasis. Also the steam shower in the main bedroom was a DREAM! We never wanted to leave and will definitely be back soon, highly highly HIGHLY recommend! Thank you for making our trip so perfect x”

“I truly cannot say enough wonderful things about this home. The pictures on the site are stunning but the actual “feel” of the home is what cannot be captured with a photograph. I must thank the hosts and the managers for being so thoughtful in all the personal touches and conveniences. It made the stay seamless. As far as the gardens, architecture, history and neighborhood: these are all something to be EXPERIENCED. Words can’t describe the serenity felt in the gardens and pool, the warmth of the historic home, and the neighborhood friendliness of the steps-away store, cafe and restaurant. Thank you to the hosts for allowing me to feel like the stunning Claire Windsor for just a little while. ;) Many blessings, gratitude and hope to return soon!”

“Open Air provided a clean and beautiful home for us to enjoy during our weekend in the desert. They were also super flexible, they let us check in early and check out late. The pool fee was worth it, pool became super warm by the next day and jacuzzi only took 20-30 minutes to be hot. Would love to stay here again in the future!”

“I wish we had a better experience but I am blown away but the unprofessional handling of our situation by Open Air. We tried to clarify weeks ahead of time if there were down pillows or blankets because my husband has a severe allergy and they said there definitely was not. However upon arrival there were in fact both pillows and blankets that were down feathers the feathers were sticking out and I sent pictures. I was an hour early so I got in contact with them and they said they understood the issue and would get back to me. At this point I trusted them that we would receive the full refund as they got back to us quickly I still had the hour to at least get the partial refund through Airbnb had I not been tricked to wait, then they never got back to us. So now they claim it's too late and they couldn't rebook but we told them right away everything was clean they could have opened it up again for the remaining days. Sooo unprofessional when it was their own fault!!”
