“Excellent location nestled in the hills, great host. Extremely responsive host and helpful, we had an issue with heat and they literally ordered fans for us to use. Absolutely fantastic service. Decent kitchen equipment, not many lids for p, no baking tray, or skewers, but we were able to cook for most of our stay and everything that was here l, was high quality and ready to use. Really intensive “registration” process, felt a bit invasive considering all our info is on the Airbnb app. If it wasn’t for work, I would have made a stink about it. I prefer a more private experience during the reservation process. Although from a business perspective I completely understand the utilization of a contract and submission of photo ID through third party application. Overall”

“We had the pleasure of staying in this beautiful home for five days and were truly impressed by all the services offered. The house is stunning, exactly as described and pictured, set in a lovely and peaceful area. Everything was simply wonderful. The team was always responsive and provided helpful information whenever we needed it. Absolutely recommended”

“Location is fabulous- quick trip to beach and quicker to Henry Cowell Parks. The apt is above a detached garage and can see neighbors out windows (pics look like it’s surrounded by trees). It is a quiet peaceful neighborhood, the apt is very welcoming and our family enjoyed the space. And we loved borrowing the beach chairs and towels- thank you!!!”

“Really enjoyed the unit. Perfect location away from the hustle and bustle of capitola. Private beach access was really nice. We have stayed in a unit down the block for many years and this unit was definitely cleaner and less run down. I will say there is still some obvious sign of wear and tear, screen door was ripped on the main balcony, some of the couches have some decent wear marks. The main lights in the rooms downstairs dont work(one flickers, one doesnt turn on) but the lamps work fine instead so we just used those. But overall the place is really nice and clean. It has normal beach wear and tear but i know they keep the place up really nicely as i have something to compare it to. We will definitely stay here again.”

“Ovr’s place is very comfortable, quiet, and scenic. A highlight of this place is the patio (where the BBQ is), in which we enjoyed our morning coffee in the center of a redwood fairy circle of trees. The hosts’ communications were clear and proactive. We only had a couple of questions because the instructions in messages and posted around the home were self-explanatory, and the hosts responded to our questions promptly and without any fuss. By following instructions in the simple video provided, we could keep the place cool without A/C even in the warm temperatures of late July. Nearby is the town of Felton, which has a great market called Wild Roots where you can stock up on healthy provisions. And just a little further down the road, minutes from Ovr’s place…the magnificent Henry Cowell Redwoods State Park!”

“Although there were a few inconveniences, they weren’t nothing that couldn’t be resolved! The team is quite quick to respond and to find a solution while trying to be patient and accommodating. The place was nice and quiet! It was a beautiful stay and am thankful for being able to stay here!”
