“We have stayed at the St. Regis twice now and really enjoy the peaceful area. Coffee Joy and ARRR Pirate Bar & Grill are located on site which is convenient and both are delicious with wonderful staff. Any other amenities are about a 15-20 minute drive, which is fine with us as this adds to the calm and quiet of where we stayed. The condo is as described, found a few stains on the curtains but was overall clean. Originally had an issue entering as the trip from back home had me not thinking straight (lol) but Rodney answered on the first ring and helped us right away - which impressed me for sure. Our stay was wonderful, we only wish there more places to hang towels (both bath & beach, swimsuits too!). Thank you for a terrific stay, we would rent again! 🐚”

“This place was wonderful with the few members of our family. The location was great with easy parking. It was quite nice to be able to go to the beach, and not have to walk too far. The amenities at this place were great, especially the pool, poolside grill, and the ice cream shop. Our rental was clean and ready for us upon arrival. We enjoyed the oceanfront view from the balcony. Fun was had by all. We will definitely come back to this again. If anyone needs a recommendation for a good restaurant, go back across the bridge to Snead’s Ferry, and eat at Rick’s Restaurant and Sports Bar. We ate there 3 times, and the food is amazing along with the service as well!”

“Our stay met all of our expectations. The accommodations suited the needs of our family. The views were perfect from the balcony. The massage chair was a big hit and added a little something extra to the room. We were a little disappointed that the St. Regis restaurant was closed at the time of our vacation- as there are limited dining options in N. Topsail. But Surf City had ample options, and we didn’t mind the drive. We have stayed at St. Regis before several years ago, and can tell that it is gaining popularity with tourists.”

“Pros: The condo is in great shape! Very clean, patio looks out at the pool & the ocean. Well decorated! Comfy beds & pillows. Condo provides linens (minus beach towels) Kitchen was surprisingly fully stocked!! Cleaning & laundry supplies were available. Overall this was a great condo for our week long vacation. They have an xbox set up- our kids enjoyed that during their downtime. Recently renovated coffee shop on the premises, ice cream shop & a burger joint. Activities for the kids: playground, putting area, large checkers, 2nd covered pool if it rains. Cons: ***Not related to the condo, North Topsail beach is sadly very eroded so there is not much beach compared to other areas. It felt very tight for our family when we were at the beach. ***”

“The unit was much larger than we expected. The furniture and bedding were very comfortable and the kitchen was fully equipped with everything we needed to cook our meals. There is a great coffee shop on location and the snack bar at the pool was super convenient! We had a great vacation!”

“Adorable little condo with a perfect and private view of the beach and water in the right most (facing the water) building of the St Regis condo complex. You also get some pretty nice sunsets if you aren't afraid to lean over the right side of the balcony a bit. Very comfortable, quiet, central air, two fully equipped bathrooms and a 2 min walk down the stairs to the beach. Would absolutely stay here again if you want to get away from it all and don't mind being isolated!”

“Great place to stay if you want to be on the beach and have a pool. We loved the option of pool or beach everyday. The kids loved the arcade and the ice cream shop.”
