“I’m had to leave before was supposed to They’re asked to hurry when we’re already asked than to leave later than the check out, even if had to paid more, nothing the utility has inside the home, bunch of stuff that needs to fix. So I unhappy with that place and that nothing like a usual Airbnb have. Also I a owner of a cleaning company. So many parts they missed to clean. Not nice.”

“Everything went flawlessly with our stay at the condo... The floors seemed a little dirty/sandy but it is a beach condo obviously! It is in easily walking distance from the beach and plenty of restaurants within walking distance! If your looking for a top of the line condo, not so much!”

“The rental was a great location in OCMD, right on the beach and close to everything. The building had plenty of parking spots each day. The only reason I would give it 4 stars is the hallway/entrance to the unit is kind of in the corner of the buildings hallway and it was very dark, the hallway carpets were very stained and not inviting, it was also extremely loud due to all of the air conditioner units exposed in the hallway. All of these things are not really a knock against the individual rental but more the general condition of the buildings exterior hallway.”

“Our stay was great, the location, the price and the unit was awesome it did reached our expectations The only issue we had is the instruction the get inside was not very clear but other than that everything was great I would go back and definitely recommend one coastal rentals”

“The view of the ocean was great. Beds and Linens very basic. Beds hard and uncomfortable. Not enough towels provided for 4 people. Difficult to open the door to get in, kinda bare bones in the way of blankets, bedroom lamps.”

“Location was great - right on the beach. Beach chairs and umbrella provided and it was nice to have laundry onsite. But the negatives overrode these: Incessant booming from the ventilation system outside the door and throughout the entire building. Missing basics: paper towel, dish rack, spices, coffee, tea, sugar, saran, food storage bags & containers. No light in bedroom or bedside table. No cabinet or shelves in bathroom; no soap, shampoo, conditioner. Only 1 hand towel, no washcloths, no beach towels. Had to search thru tons of cleaning supplies to find a kitchen sponge and gloves. Double not Queen bed. Useless items (Betty Boop clock, bins, 5 potholders, ice tea maker, a gazillion bowls) took up cabinet space leaving no room for dry goods/groceries. No dresser storage. No welcoming goodie basket. Didn't feel like a home-away-from-home which is why people rent from AirBNB. Could have stayed at a much cheaper motel. Extra cost $60 for parking just added to the disappointment.”

“Great property terrible management Check in information didn’t match what was sent vs what was listed resulted in a three hour waste at start of rental Listing doesn’t tell you it doesn’t provide linens which is an extra fee after the fact which were never provided after being requested an additional 120$ upcharge that makes it more expensive then other comparable rentals Took over 24 hours for them to respond and only responded after I reached out to Airbnb directly No info for pool The contact number goes to an ai service that you can’t speak to anyone Nice little rental unit with a good location but terrible management and customer service The cleaner attempted to enter the property 2 hours before checkout while we were still in the property”

“While the house is in a fantastic location just a short walk from the boardwalk, it ultimately didn't fit our needs. As a family of tall people, we found the low ceilings and cramped bathrooms uncomfortable. Additionally, none of the bedroom or bathroom doors would close properly, and the fixtures are outdated and need to be replaced.”
