“This was a beautiful place. Sound of the Ocean at night was fantastic. Clean well equipped kitchen. The elevator was a plus for me. We highly recommend this place and will probably come me back. We love Oceanside.”

“The condo was absolutely PERFECT for our family of four with two boys. The two queens on the ground floor and the master suite upstairs was perfect (and the deck was the perfect place for mom and dad to resettle after the days were done ☺️). They had a big tote full of beach toys and needs (umbrella, boogie boards, chairs, sand toys, etc) and a wagon to haul things down. The pool was lovely, with plenty of space for numerous groups to relax comfortably. The koi were super fun for our kiddos to enjoy as well as the putting greens. On The Sand team was a great help when we had questions and needs. Thanks for the hospitality!”

“We stayed there the week before Memorial Day as our relaxing place in between Disney park visits. Location was AMAZING. We could literally hear the ocean from every single window in the condo. The complex was pristine, peaceful, and relaxing. The gym and sauna were great to stay on routine. We left relaxed and recharged to come back home. Will definitely be staying here again!”

“The unit was very well stocked, had everything we needed for 6 of us. My sister said the pull out couch bed was not comfortable but maybe that’s to be expected. Check in was confusing, you have to go through the security desk before the HOA check in desk I asked for early check in at the security desk and the guy said no but he never even got in touch with the HOA people so that was frustrating. But really wonderful location, the pool and hot tubs were beautiful!”

“It was a lovely location and a great accommodations. The grounds make you feel like you're walking through a beautiful jungle filled with flowering plants and monarch butterflies. The place was just steps from the beach. I loved it. The apartment was very nice and well kept. It had a nice balcony with a great view. The parking isn't next to your unit which was a bit inconvenient but not a deal breaker. One unfortunate thing was that i had called beforehand to inquire about the exact layout of entrance into units as i needed something handicap accessible due to my 20 year old son having knee surgery. The first floor unit i got after consulting with them had multiple steps going down and a balcony for the deck. There was no way to get into it without navigating stairs immediately after surgery. Aside from that...I'll definitely be back. Hopefully without any pending surgeries!”
