“We really enjoyed the amazing views from this condo! We loved watching the dolphins so close in view daily. Having close access to Lover's Key State Park was wonderful to use the trails. We just had to time walking across after construction was done for the day. The pool was also wonderful and heated. This was a very relaxing vacation and we really enjoyed our stay. Thank you!”

“The wildlife was fantastic! We saw dolphins everyday! There were also stingrays & horseshoe crabs. The apartment was nice. Location was good. The only drawback was the construction on the bridge & the property.”

“Great neighborhood - quiet, gated, safe, walkable. Gorgeous views! The culture in the building is friendly + welcoming with a mix of full-timers, snow birds, renters. The on site laundry, coded doors & elevator all worked well. We appreciated the AC, comfy bed and full kitchen. Full disclosure: In March 2026 the construction, mentioned at the end of the listing, was loud and disruptive during workdays, working hours. We wish we could’ve experienced the private beach without disruption for the duration of our stay. Once it’s complete, this place is perfect!”

“Our stay at Lovers Key was from March 10th - 24th. The area is very nice and the view from the balcony was beautiful. BUT..... Nicholas informed us 4 days before we were to arrive that there was some construction with minimal noise. We were so excited to get there but very quickly disappointed that our beautiful view was ruined by large machinery, dust, constant beeping, the smell of diesel fuel right under our balcony. When we contacted him, he was slow to return messages and was very unhelpful when he did answer. We had not choice but to stay there due to short notice. The unit was clean but really needs some updating. The bed & sofa bed were very uncomfortable (pillows also), the TV did not work and there were not instructions on how to fix it, we were unable to close the living room blinds at night with fear of breaking them. Furniture on the balcony was dirty & rusted. Lovers Key is a very nice area and we will probably return but we will not ever rent from Nicholas again.”

“Beautiful space, gorgeous view. Overall, our experience was really mediocre. There was construction going on to rebuild the seawall. While at the pool, the space where the building shadow didn't obstruct the sun put us less than 10 feet from an excavator placing rocks and material. Between the smell of diesel and the noise, we spent very little time at the pool. The private beach was great once you made your way across the construction. The sunrises were epic! Wardrobe unit was unusable as the doors hit the bed before they opened far enough to be useful. The refrigerator had wires hanging where a light should have been and the ice maker wasn't functional. The coffee maker was missing parts. We had to remove parts of the carafe before pouring coffee or have a spring and parts in our coffee cup. Overall, it was a great space that was hamstrung by cost savings (clearance/ bargain bin appliances and cookware). Bathroom was beautiful but the shower plumbing fixture was broken.”

“Ok place. We did have a small issue with a puddle of water when we first arrived. The mop used to clean hadn't been rung out and left a puddle coming from where it was stored in the laundry closet. Our biggest issue was that the wifi didn't always work, I had to use my phone as a hotspot in order to watch TV.”
