“Old Wooden Bridge was so adorable! We felt right at home and honestly I couldn’t have asked for a better spot. Clean and cozy little boat house. It’s about a 40+ min drive to the keys so it allowed us to be close enough to drive there and back while planning other excursions. The key deer are so sweet and all around the property. I would definitely stay here again! Thank you again.”

“We had a fantastic time! The bridge is located very close to the aqua Lodge. We stayed in and the boys caught a lot of different fish species from that bridge. The only issue is we weren’t made aware that the pool was out of service and it was and it stayed out of service our entire four day trip. Without a beach near us and temperatures in the high 80s all week when the boys and I got overheated we had to sit in our room with the curtains closed so the sunlight didn’t heat up the room so we could cool down. Not ideal! The pool would’ve been perfect there. Other than that we had an excellent trip. All the workers were super nice and everybody was happy with the fishing results. The pool was a big reason we chose a place also because it was a must to have something to cool down. Wife ended up not coming bc of it. I think with the pool open, thai is a great place to be to fish all day and all night!”

“It has a very heavy tilt to one side so when you wake up in the morning you have to steady yourself or you’ll kind of fall over. They don’t tell you online but you can’t fish from the house boats, that was the #1 reason we booked it, would have been nice to know before hand. They also didn’t state anywhere that the pool was down for maintenance, on our 3rd day they were draining it and looked like they were tearing out a piece of concrete, again should have told us ahead of time. We rented a boat, was told from 8-4, we didn’t get our boat until 9:30am! No one was there at 8am, it was a little after and they should have had to boat ready. It was kept almost 30 minutes away, that was very irritating. I pulled 3 different dishes out all with old food stuck to them, very gross. Overall - it was a fine, but I don’t know if I would book again for these reasons.”

“AirBNB renter's Beaware!! Host does not communicate well. Check-in process was horrible, No LOCKBOXs or door codes... They just leave their Keys inside the homes/units.. Horrible idea as when we arrive, someone was already in our Unit G4!!! We arrived after the office was closed after 5pm, and attempted to call them with no response. The person in our Unit was probably a squatter as they had the doors locked with a Huge Dog in front to scare people away. We had to deal with Airbnb support to get our refund, the office people are nice when you call them during business hours but they do NOT respond after hours. This was the WORST Airbnb Experience and DO NOT RECOMMEND.”
