“This was an extremely disappointing experience. We arrived with our family and found dirty, wet towels throughout the house, used tissues including some with blood and filthy bathrooms. Since the property is located in the mountains with no internet or cell service, we were completely unable to communicate. I had to drive for almost two hours just to get a signal and find another place for my family to spend the night. Besides the unacceptable lack of cleanliness, this situation ruined our entire day of sightseeing and spoiled a surprise I had planned for my family. Completely unacceptable and extremely frustrating.”

“It was a fantastic location and easy check in. However, 1: the dishwasher was fully loaded with dirty dishes, when we arrived. 2: The water smelled like rotten eggs 3: The fan is the living room is inoperable due to a missing fan blade, it is unsafe to operate 4: Hot tub smelled funky and was not appealing But, Location was But the location amazing a beautiful views, easy to get too”

“Good location, place was clean, exactly as shown in photos. Nice paved driveway was a bonus! Staying there again next year.”

“We had a nice and relaxing time at the cabin. The water pressure in the main bedroom shower could have been a lot better. The landscaping could have been better kept up with to make it easier to walk down to the river. All in all the cabin is really nice and the views of the river are really nice. I would consider renting again.”

“Everything was great except for the dirty bbq grill, green algae in the keurig water reservoir, and the jets not working in the hot tub. I checked with Morgan before booking if the hot tub was in fact working as that was my plan for relaxing while my husband went fishing. She said it worked great, unfortunately only half the jets turned on due to a broken control panel and the jets that did turn on barely worked. The cabin itself was nice (basement smelled like mold, so we never got to play pool like we hoped) the bed was soft and all that was good. We used the hot tub the first evening and I messaged Morgan the very next morning (friday), she suddenly stopped having an amazing response time, didn't return phone calls, and only responded after I mentioned going through airbnb with my complaints. Her responses at that point were short, sarcastic, and full of excuses rather than even trying to solve the problem. Great cabin and location, not so great property management.”
