“We stayed here for a family reunion. The location was a great halfway point for families from Iowa and Ohio. We rented 2 cabins and had plenty of space for 26 people. Gathering space was great and houses were clean. We did not use the off road trails but were aware that they were nearby. On Saturday night the area was very busy and lots of off road vehicle traffic- but people were mostly respectful of quiet hours. Sunday- Tuesday was much quieter and very peaceful. Overall, our family was very happy with the location and there is already talk about the next visit here.”

“The Coyote was not at ALL as described....you couldn't flush the paper after wiping??? The bathroom sink took several minutes to drain. The front porch light did not work. The house sat next to a freeway...right on the pathways, and no door on the bedroom. I know why you dont list these issues with the rental but you need too. Will NEVER stay at this spot again.”
