“We loved our stay here. We found the house thoughtfully laid out. Location was unbeatable. Being able to bring our two dogs was an incredible perk- the area of OOB was very dog friendly. If we find ourselves this way again we would absolutely rebook.”

“Enjoyed our stay at Jason’s place in Ocean Park! Great for a few couples who want to hang out together in the living space. Pretty walkable, but a far walk to downtown Old Orchard when it’s hot out, may be better if it’s a little cooler. Easy walk to the beach and nice to have access to beach chairs!”

“Beware the 4.95 rating (as of June 2026). We had a few issues during our stay, and the host offered $300 if I didn't leave a review. The main issue: the hot tub was filled with dirty green water when we arrived. I texted the host about it our first night. His employee asked me to dump in a bag of chemicals. It had no effect. The next afternoon, another employee came and dumped more chemicals in the hot tub. It had no effect. She said she'd be back in a hour but never came back. On our 3rd and final afternoon, the host stopped by and added even more chemicals. The water was finally clear, but the walls still green/brown with algae and fumes so strong we didn't dare get in. One employee said they'd been having trouble with it for weeks. Whatever it was, we never could use the hot tub. Also: adult bikes not operational, and fire pit didn't start. Pros: large, mostly clean house (dirty pans left in oven, used plastic cups in backyard). Comfortable beds. Excellent location near beach.”

“We had a great time here. Beautiful home right next to the beach and away from all the crowds and noise. Jason was quick to respond to any questions I had before and during the stay. I wanted to give it 5 stars because we did have a great time here and the house was perfect! However, it was really disappointing when we pulled out one of the sofa beds and saw it had dog hair and crumbs/residue all over it. We were so tired from a long day, so having to go find a way to clean off most of that and then go look for sheets to put over those, was a pretty frustrating.”
