OCNJ Beach Rentals

“It was a great stay, house is beautiful and we appreciated that it came with plenty of beach chairs and towels. The house was very clean on arrival and we were very pleased. Maryellen provided clear, detailed instructions for check in/out and helped set us up for a great experience.”

“We have been coming to OCNJ for years but this is our first time at an AirBnB because we brought our dog and extended family along for our stay. The property was beautiful and came with all amenities noted on the listing. The location is close to restaurants on Asbury and blocks away from the boardwalk and beach. The porch with the grill and table were amazing and a favorite for our family to use! We did need to seek clarification on what garage should be used. The garage listed was opposite of our unit’s garage. Looking at the garage’s, this unit should be using the left side. The host was quick to clarify the correct space we could use. We did find that the floors were not completely clean when we checked in and we needed to vaccum. But otherwise the location was clean and perfect for our needs. Thank you for hosting us!”

“Maryellen was responsive from the time of booking through our time of stay. The house was clean, and little did we know a great location to stay through a Nor’easter storm. Thankfully, we were on higher ground on our street and our cars and house were safe. It was nice to have linens, towels and toilet paper provided for us. We were supposed to attend a family wedding, which had to be rearranged and modified, but we made the most of our time at the house. I would highly recommend a stay here when looking in OCNJ!”
