“We were here for a sports tournament at Northside Park and the location couldn’t have been better for this. The condo was very clean and easy to find. The outdoor shower and 2 parking spots were great extra touches! This is a no-frills place- no rugs in living area, limited decor, etc. but this also means that it felt clean. Having to bring my own linens and make all my beds upon arrival was a pain. They did let me know in advance and offered linen rentals for an extra $160. Along these lines, be prepared to bring everything with you in terms of hand soap, trash bags, toilet paper, dish towels, etc. None of this is provided. If we attend the tournament again next year, we would absolutely rent here again.”

“El Capitan was the perfect location. Easy access to the boardwalk, restaurants, and downtown. We were able to check in a little early and instructions were very clear. The inside of the condo was nice and clean. It was open and bright. It had enough space for the 9 of us that stayed there. For the price, it would have been nice if linens were included. We did have a washer and dryer which was a plus but the dryer does take 2-4 hours to dry.. we were also only able to have 1 parking space. With 9 of us, we had to take two separate cars. I found free parking a street over which wasn’t terrible, but it was inconvenient. I also didn’t see a handicapped ramp to get into the building. There are a couple of steps to go up and there is an elevator, but it would be nice for the older population (my 84 year old grandmother went with and the steps bothered her hips a little). All in all, it was a nice place to stay and I would stay there again.”
