“Had a great stay! The king bed was very comfortable, and having a beachfront home with a private pool is not an easy find. The location was great, and the house was nice and had everything we needed. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking for a relaxing beach getaway.”

“The apartment was comfortable, clean, and beautiful. It was the perfect place for my family, quiet, relaxing, safe and located right in front of the beach. We really enjoyed our stay and would definitely stay here again! One small tip that we were notified: make sure to bring your own beach towels and a streaming TV device.”

“Awesome location with very nearby beach access and 5-minute walk to Irish Pub, ice cream shop, and beach store. Fenced in back yard, which was great for the dogs. The pool was large, refreshing, and well maintained. And finally, the house was very spacious and the AC worked well!”

“It was an amazing view, but the place was not properly cleaned before we checked in. They left socks in the living room along with a gatorade bottle stuffed under the sink in the living room. The covers in the bedroom with the twin beds had stains on it and hair. Along with the brown covers in the closet had hair on it that wasn’t ours. We did enjoy because of the beautiful view and the pool and hot tub was amazing!!! But this was very frustrating due to the amount of money we paid for this trip.”

“This place needs a deep professional cleaning, starting with the kitchen. When you start the dish washers the disposal smells like fish all the food in there backs up into the sink. The sliding balcony door has 2 broken locks so it will remain unlocked. Moving into the bathroom the toilets were not cleaned by the cleaning company, there were at least 3 spiders my wife and I had to kill. The master bedroom has a very uncomfortable bed hopefully you don’t have back problems, when you check out and strip the bed you’ll notice stain from bodily fluid on a mattress pad, and into the master bathroom there was on the track of the shower door. There was mold inside the washer that you cannot only smell but you can see.”

“Lcation steps from the beach was lovely. We celebrated the 4th of July and fireworks on the beach and from the balcony was spectacular. Best time of day was watching the sunrise from the balcony with my coffee and the moon rise over the ocean with a glass of wine. We have a large family (12) and found the kitchen supplies were not sufficient without purchasing paper products and cooking in multiple batches to accommodate. Lots of great memories were made...”

“The place is nots well sanitized. It was full of roaches like everywhere and on top of that we had to take so extra measurements to verify that we warrant taking roaches within our luggages and infect our homes i forward this information to the host, and they said it was too late. We slept there and that's why we can't even get a refund. so, if you don't want to infect your home with new little friends I recommend you not to there i mean, this is why we take vacations, so we could take our head out of stress, not to make an extra one”

“This is the 1st bad review I’ve ever left. Normally, if there is an issue I handle it privately, however, this time I cannot. I only have a certain number of characters to write so I’ll keep it bullet points. -Construction was not disclosed. Beeping and jackhammers all night on the beach. We were dismissed, “out of our control”, yea but communication isn’t. - main tv not working. They have instructions to call the cable company if it doesn’t work. Umm why me? I’m on vaca and paying a grip. - rusty and dull knives - garbage disposal - food left in the freezer - lack of safety and privacy! Our personal info in drop box was left with others. - front door has large windows. No privacy -sent someone to “fix” tv but didn’t not tell us. Scared us. - a “friend” of the owner (random guy in elevator) KNEW where were were staying - I was asked not to leave a review less 4 because it affects them. Your lack of integrity affected our trip. Let’s not pretend you weren’t dismissive.”
