“This condo is in a great location for us. The unit itself was clean and had everything we needed. We we were grateful we were on the first floor since it is all stairs. However the property is extremely outdated especially on the boardwalks where there are loose boards and nails protruding. You should also know that the distance to the beach is very long and if you have a wagon it's a real struggle to get it there. The pool is very nice.”

“The home is a duplex but was exactly as listed. 3 stories with w soacious balconies. Beds were comfy and the home truly slept 8 people comfortably. The beach is just a short walk from the home, neighbors were quiet, and area was not super busy. Far enough away from the budy part of tybee but just a mile from the pier. We attempted to use the washing machine and it sounded like it was going to run out the door during the spin cycle but we did notify the property manager and they offered to have someone out to look at it but we were leaving the next day so we just said to take a look at it when we left. We also needed an extra parking pass that was supposed to be in our welcome packet but I think someone took it 2 days in a row but we finally got it and had no issues with parking. We also left a set of keys and they offered to mail them to us. All together the Stay was nice and the house was exactly as we expected. The staff was attentive! We would stay again!”
