“We loved this condo and it's location. It was very walkable to some great restaurants. We highly recommend the historic golf cart tour given by Jac through the Tybee Tour Company. Also, Captain Derek's Dolphin Tour was amazing. We definitely recommend the stay!”

“We had a great family time with all the kids out of school for spring break. Though the weather was very windy, we found lots of things to do with them, as when they were little guys. Amazing restaurants and shopping stores. Tybee it’s very special to us and the accommodations were exceptional. Lots of room to accommodate a big family with parents, teens, and younger children under 10 years old. We grandparents had a private studio within the house. Very private. Great times with the full family.”

“Highly recommend, great location, lots of shops and restaurants, as well as the beach, in walking distance. Plenty of room for a medium sized family. Host was super responsive to a minor issue we had. Pat responded quickly and in a friendly manner.”

“Our host was very nice and helpful. We had a little snafu upon arrival because the elevator was out of service and one of our family members had great difficulty climbing the stairs to the top floor. As a result, the check-in process was a bit stressful. Fortunately, we were able to get in touch with Kathee and she moved us to a comparable unit in another building, so my review of the unit is not an exact match for the listing. The unit we stayed in was very nice and we were thankful that there was something else available that had a working elevator. I don't know what we would have done otherwise. My recommendation is to double check with the host before booking if you require an elevator, as the top floor is actually 4 flights up (parking is on the first floor). Our unit was clean and well appointed, so I presume all of the units Kathee and Pat manage must be equally as nice.”
