“This location was very family-friendly and relaxing! Unfortunately, it's missing a hot tub and the swim-up bar is not in operation. Also, the instructions were incorrect. You do not need key fobs to enter the elevators or doors, the system is broken. The balconies were dirty as well. Otherwise, we did not have any other major issues.”

“Really nice place, right on the ocean with 3 pools. Two King beds was very nice to have and the place itself was spacious and well kept for the most part. Key complaints are that the building has no luggage carts, very little signage for such a big place (beach this way, pool that way would really help avoid initial confusion and annoyance) and you have to both pick up and drop off actual keys at a building 25 minutes away from where you actually stay. Seems reasonable for the cost of this place for have a lockbox to avoid this.”

“Place is cozy, comfy, and quiet. Has everything you need to cook meals. The board games were a plus.”

“Overall, the condo was okay, but for the price we paid, I expected a little more. When we arrived, there were sheets left in the dryer, which made it feel like the unit had not been completely prepared for our stay. There was also a broken lamp in one of the rooms, one of the TVs did not work, and there was no light above the kitchen table. Another disappointment was how little was provided in the condo. There weren't even basic items such as salt and pepper or basic condiments, so we literally had to purchase everything we needed. I understand that not every rental provides these things, but considering the cost of the stay, having some basic kitchen necessities would have been appreciated. I also felt there were a lot of rules and potential additional fees, including things like charges for moving furniture. I understand the need to protect the property, but it made the stay feel a little less comfortable because it seemed like there were many opportunities to be charged extra.”

“We had a great time. The condo was clean and spacious. The kitchen was well stocked with cooking tools. Our family of 7 had plenty of space. A minor complaint - we had to drive to a separate location to pick up and return keys that were not needed (there was a keypad).”

“The condo was beautiful and very spacious. Exactly as pictured. Great view of the bay from the balcony. Really enjoyed our stay! One note for planning, there are no beach chairs or beach towels at the condo or in the storage unit.”

“Very nice home with easy walk to beach. Can see ocean from deck Spacious and clean. No fence for letting pets off leash and on busy road. Driveway is difficult to pull out because you cant see the oncoming traffic on one side due to bushes needing cut. Having cheap single-ply toilet paper is ridiculous for what we paid to rent the place. You have to drive to the realty company for keys and then drive back to check out. It was advertised as keypad entry but they wouldn’t give a code they only provide actual keys at the realty office so we had to leave the place to get keys Overall it was an excellent stay and great location for beach access but a bit pricey”

“Realtor knew of issues and didnt communicated to us! Didnt supply code for gym, messaging was incorrect. Dryer didnt work! Very inconvenient... Will NOT use then again”

“This was a nice condo to stay at. It had three pools, 1 being right by the beach and was an easy walk to the beach. This area of Virginia Beach is calm, quiet, and peaceful. There’s not a lot to do in this immediate area beyond the beach, pool, and arcade, but that was okay with us! The exterior of the condo could use some TLC but the interior of this condo was well put together. There were towels left behind on the back of doors from previous guests when we arrived. There was also sand along the baseboards. The company that rents this property is pretty cheap and you get one roll of toilet paper per bathroom, one roll of paper towel, one towel set (washcloth, towel, and hand towel per person) and one dish tab. When staying for a week and paying $7000, it was a bit disappointing to have to buy a lot of those items. Additionally, the complex itself is poorly labeled. It’s hard to find the storage closet and parking since nothing it labeled in numerical order.”
