“Location is great! Comfortable for the three of us. The place needs a deep cleaning though. Nothing particular, it just feels kinda dingy like you want to keep your shoes on. Kitchen rather under stocked. No cookie sheets, pizza cutter etc.”

“Loved the home, was a great space for our family and friends of 7. Enjoyed coffee each morning on the decks with the beautiful surroundings of the trees. Easy walk to the beach. Only issue was upon check in we could not locate the lockbox because it had been moved to the back of the house and had a hard time getting it open.”

“Wonderful place with a killer view. Good location between the fun beach cities - bikeable, not walkable. We had the best time. Clean spacious apartment. But be warned…the bed is so very uncomfortable we didn’t sleep great unfortunately!”

“Amazing location, loved that our section of the beach was not super crowded, even on a holiday weekend. The condo was very clean and looked like the photos. It’s a nightmare trying to find parking in most of 30A, so I liked that the parking lot was gated so we didn’t have to stress about a parking space. A lot of the communication regarding our stay was via email or the condo rental’s website/portal, not through Airbnb, which was different from any Airbnb I’ve previously stayed at. My only real complaint, as others have previously said, was only having 1 roll of 2-ply toilet paper and 0 laundry pods. We had 4 adults and stayed 4 nights. It was frustrating that we had an overabundance of towels but so few basic toiletries.”

“The location of this home was perfect, and the home was BEAUTIFUL! However, the host gave very poor instructions on how to locate the HOA where we needed to check in and was slow to respond. There also were not very many amenities at the home (i.e. no blankets for pull outs, hair dryer, beach accessories, beach towels, extra toilet paper). Finally, the host agreed to bringing us blankets on the first night but never brought them during our 3 day stay. I would still recommend this home, but come prepared!”

“The good- the neighborhood is beautiful, clean, quiet, easy walk to beach access, sufficient parking, great bed situation for extended family The not so good-overall for the price we paid, we expected much better maintenance and cleanliness. The walls are dirty and scuffed throughout the house, the bench at the end of the bed in the second floor guest room is disgusting, chewed bubble gum stuck on shelf next to bed in “kid’s room”, mold in 3rd floor bathroom fan, trash under couch in living room, no cleaning spray in sight for us to keep the home clean. The third floor was hot having to keep the temp set to 72 and uncomfortable- would be miserable later in the year. If flying, this would be an absolute no-go as you would have to purchase practically everything. Two beach chairs provided are not usable for families as they are stationary and too close to others and too far from water. Overall, everything felt very dingy and very bare minimum in an otherwise lovely neighborhood.”
