“The stay was nice, but honestly not on the top end for us. The condo was dated and original (loud A/C, squeaky fans, etc). The route/walk to the beach was about all you would want once or twice on a hot day. The kitchen, bathrooms, and bedding situations are average - shower fixtures and water pressure was lacking and extra bedroom situation is rough (not a true 3rd bedroom). Feels like a property company rather than personal touch. The front door lock badly needs an update with a keyless pad. NSB is cool and the beach is beautiful and not crowded at all.”

“Absolutely great condo… felt like we were in the lap of luxury! We were a little worried about being next to a tiki bar and on the driving part of the beach but neither took away from our stay. If anything it added to it. It actually made it so convenient to grab a drink or a bite to eat, otherwise we hardly noticed it was there. We will definitely be returning and recommend it to our family and friends. Defiantly one of the best!”

“The Mariner condo was quiet and private, as well as extremely clean. We especially enjoyed relaxing in the leather zero gravity recliners while watching the big screen smart TV! This place was thoroughly equipped, and the Murphy Bed was surprisingly comfortable. We will reserve again.”

“We had a wonderful stay at this beautiful Villa. It was clean, comfortable, and in a great location. Everything was well maintained and made for a relaxing stay. Kids really enjoyed the pool and the hot tub. We went to outriggers restaurant nearly every night for dinner, it was delicious food and all around just great atmosphere. We would definitely rent this place again.”

“My son and I enjoyed our short stay here! The unit is dated, but that doesn’t prevent it from being a great place to lay your head and wake up to see the sunrise from the beach. The lobby of the building is under construction and very creepy per my 7 year old. The “push to exit” buttons are sometimes weirdly far from the exit gates which took a second to find but was not an issue.”

“The place was in excellent shape and I would stay with Ocean Properties again. The people working for them were helpful whenever we had questions! There was a miscommunication with the host regarding the status of the pool as we checked in but I believe this wasn’t a typical experience from the way they handled everything else.”

“Ocean Trilliam is a nice place to stay if you want to be close to the beach and within walking distance of restaurants. Ocean Properties is a great host.”

“Mold on the Shower curtain. Most Glasses Dirty, Plates Dirty, Silverware Dirty. Bedroom TV much Smaller than most places we stay and not App (NFs, Prime, etc.) ready. Bathroom Sink will not drain from start, Slider Doors very difficult to open, Broken Cabinet Doors, Stove Burners not level to cook on. Kitchen Faucet broken only Spray, no stream. The only reason I will not say Poor for Dollar Value is the view. Room experience very important to us. You failed, should remove this place form your listing offerings. We have stella ratings as AirBnB Guests, expect the place we stay to do same.”
