“The only frustrating part was being told inaccurate info re: # of stairs to enter. There are approximately 12-14 in the front and 8 in the back (not 3-4 as told) and the back was not paved or landscaped at all. Aside from that, the space is beautiful and has everything that is needed for a great stay! Lovely spot, reasonably priced!”

“Comfortable living area with a nice kitchen . Living room furniture comfortable with enough room for 6 adults. Liked the location to beach and central location for surrounding areas to various dining options. The parking works well for cars and SUV's but be careful if you drive a large pickup truck. Fortunately not a concern for me. We have stayed in the area for many years and the difference in having a condo was a very pleasant experience.”

“I really enjoyed my stay! The hot tub was amazing and the other renters were very welcoming. I did have a little trouble getting inside not from the area so in the explanation should say to twist the deadbolt but other than that very easy check in! I would recommend this and stay again in the future🙂”

“We booked a Wells, Maine cottage in Feb, paying on Feb 27 and June 3. We got confirmation emails days before arrival. Yet, when we went to check in, someone else was already living in our cottage. I called the agency. The first woman was dismissive and passed me to a second lady who was incredibly unpleasant. She claimed my room was canceled because "payment didn’t go through." I told her I had Airbnb receipts and emailed them immediately. Instead of apologizing for their double-booking, she kept insisting I had to help her get her money from Airbnb. I told her I paid in full and that was between her and the platform. She became nasty and threatened our lodging, snapping, “I don’t need to give you that cottage.” I didn't respond. She finally gave us an alternative cottage, but the door code didn't work, forcing us to hunt down a physical key. She showed zero remorse for making a bad situation worse. The cottage itself was acceptable, but the management company is appalling. Avoid.”
