“Unfortunately, our stay was disappointing. We arrived at almost 5:00 PM, and the apartment was still not ready or cleaned. We had to wait until around 5:45 PM before we could get in. The person at the front desk was not rude, but the instructions on how to find the apartment were very vague. The location of the apartment is a little tricky and confusing, so clearer directions would have been very helpful. The Wi-Fi was not working, which also meant we could not connect to or use the TVs. We were traveling with a child, so this was especially inconvenient. If it had just been adults, the TV would not have been such a big issue for me. The apartment also needs much better lighting. The kitchen only has one light, and the bedrooms only have lamps. All of the lamps were unplugged when we arrived, so at first we thought they did not work. In addition, the curtain in the bedroom was broken and could not be closed properly, so a lot of light came into the room. Overall, I think the apart”

“Great space, well-maintained, clean, easy walk to beach, beach attendants were great, office mostly responsive except for check in/out times differing by an hour versus the listing. (Check in 1 h later/ckout 1 hr earlier than stated in listing.) When I messaged about it, response was “sorry for the discrepancy, we’ll message you as soon as the unit is ready”. No follow up was sent. I think if we’d tried to check in at the listed time it may have been fine, but it was an unnecessary annoyance in an otherwise lovely stay.”

“We came for 4th of July weekend and had a great time. The place was extremely well located and the beach access that came with it was superb. Giving 4 stars because given how expensive the home was, we expected better condition. We had to get a few things repaired during our stay. We also originally only had 4 shower towels despite booking for 6 guests.”
