“Very relaxing getaway on a beautiful beach with comfortable chairs, umbrella & towel service within walking distance to the Lobster Roll and Clam Bar restaurants. Although our unit was clean with fresh towels provided and trash removal on a daily basis, we did have some minor issues with bugs and the location was closer to Montauk than Amagansett. However, we had a very relaxing stay and plan on coming back again next year.”

“Location was perfect....right in the midle of everything. We also loved the easy access to the beach (along with beach chairs and Umbrella. Proximity to Clam Bar and Lunch was amazing as well. Good price point for a great location.”

“Great space, well-maintained, clean, easy walk to beach, beach attendants were great, office mostly responsive except for check in/out times differing by an hour versus the listing. (Check in 1 h later/ckout 1 hr earlier than stated in listing.) When I messaged about it, response was “sorry for the discrepancy, we’ll message you as soon as the unit is ready”. No follow up was sent. I think if we’d tried to check in at the listed time it may have been fine, but it was an unnecessary annoyance in an otherwise lovely stay.”

“We came for 4th of July weekend and had a great time. The place was extremely well located and the beach access that came with it was superb. Giving 4 stars because given how expensive the home was, we expected better condition. We had to get a few things repaired during our stay. We also originally only had 4 shower towels despite booking for 6 guests.”
