“I booked a last minute stay here because the price was very reasonable, and the airbnb was only a couple blocks from the beach. In addition, they allow dogs here, so I was able to bring my dog, which made the trip so much easier logistically. The place was clean, air conditioned, and close to the boardwalk. We will definitely be back next summer!”

“Outdated photos, dirty and sticky floor, water stains on drop ceiling, broken wall, holes in ceiling, inconsiderate host, automated communication, trash left in outdoor space.”

“I traveled with my son and my girlfriend however the bathroom was accessible only through the bedroom which made our stay very difficult. Apart from this, the doors won’t stay closed in the bedroom. We have to use furniture to get some privacy. The toilet flush was very slow. Everything was below standard for the price I paid. I would not recommend this to anyone”

“Very overpriced for the amount of space you get. Loud train that shakes the entire place at night every hour pretty much. Very Moldy ac in bedroom didn't want to use and get sick. Overall price was very bad only upside was walking distance to everything.”

“The Airbnb was in a great location. Easy to find and access. Unfortunately we had a few concerns. The cold shower knob was not working properly so we had to tighten it ourselves after bringing it up to the host, they did not respond. The toilet broke a few days later and after having to call the Host in the morning around 9am, they couldn't get someone out till the day after. Which they fixed it within 15 minutes! The shower towels provided smelt musty and like urine once they got wet so we did go and buy our own as well. There was no sponge or hand towels provided to wash dishes properly. The condo wasn't exactly the cleanest either.”

“opon ariveing fond door unlocked and screen door was broken after entering went to put ice and perishables in fridge saw freezer door was loose and falling off because non of the screws where tight or screwed in at all except one.i messaged the owner, he said someone would be there the next day to make repairs NO ONE showed up or contacted me. on the second day of our stay tried to shower but the cold water wouldn't turn on and still no maintenance showed up”

“We are extremely disappointed in our stay. Sand in our sheets, pet hair on the towels, and stains on the pillow sheets. Host was incredibly rude and offered no help. Toilet isn’t even fully bolted to the floor. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY IN OLD ORCHARD BEACH.”

“Charming place. Great location to beach and restaurants, shopping, and pier. Great porch outside with deck chairs. Host needs to replace lock tho. It is not easy to be sure is locked and odd series of instructions to unlock.”

“We won't able to sleep well because of too much noise from upstairs the whole night. Someone is pacing and and screaming.”
