“The couches could use an upgrade. USB outlets would also be appreciated. The curtains on the balcony door don’t cover the whole door. Morning light at 4 am isn’t for everyone. No access to a washer and dryer. Overall the condo is sufficient but we have stayed in others here that are better equipped.”

“opon ariveing fond door unlocked and screen door was broken after entering went to put ice and perishables in fridge saw freezer door was loose and falling off because non of the screws where tight or screwed in at all except one.i messaged the owner, he said someone would be there the next day to make repairs NO ONE showed up or contacted me. on the second day of our stay tried to shower but the cold water wouldn't turn on and still no maintenance showed up”

“We are extremely disappointed in our stay. Sand in our sheets, pet hair on the towels, and stains on the pillow sheets. Host was incredibly rude and offered no help. Toilet isn’t even fully bolted to the floor. PLEASE FIND ANOTHER PLACE TO STAY IN OLD ORCHARD BEACH.”

“Good location, walking distance to shops and the beach. The place was smaller than it seemed in the listing, the living room barely had enough space for 4 people to hang out. The couch and a provided wooden chair were broken, making it difficult for us to figure out how to all sit down comfortably. There was no sponge or dish soap, so we had to buy our own to wash our dishes. The lighter beside the grill didn’t work. There were a fair number of bugs in the place, perhaps in part because the screen door did not fully close and there were gaps between the window AC units and the window. Overall it was an okay place for us to stay for a short time, but it definitely could use some love.”

“The place is older and needs some updating (needs new blinds and the bathroom updated) but it was convenient and the beds were comfortable.”

“Great place in a great location! Not super luxurious, but it's so close to the beach you probably won't be spending much time inside anyway.”

“Charming place. Great location to beach and restaurants, shopping, and pier. Great porch outside with deck chairs. Host needs to replace lock tho. It is not easy to be sure is locked and odd series of instructions to unlock.”

“We won't able to sleep well because of too much noise from upstairs the whole night. Someone is pacing and and screaming.”

“For the price of a holiday weekend and how close it was to walk to the beach and pier and arcade/shops I would say it was a good price but it was a bit too noisy for me to sleep through the night because it’s right by a train tracks and you hear them during the day and at night too. It was a pretty small place too especially the kitchen space was only enough room for one person to be in there cooking at a time really but otherwise it was perfect for just needing a clean bed and place to shower and go to the bathroom and make quick breakfasts.”
