“Upon arrival it was later at night but we instantly noticed a strong odor and general disrepair. We notified the manager and they were very responsive. The next morning they met us at the property, agreed it was unacceptable to stay in and took us to see a number of other close by options. We found one that worked and enjoyed the rest of our time there. We were visiting for a work event so keen on evening hanging out but that was limited to 8pm outside which is unfortunate. None of the pools are heated so rather cold in the winter even in Miami. Oasis was great to deal with and very understanding of the situation. This property has been removed from Airbnb and is in the process of being sold so this review won't matter for anyone in the future.”
