This is such a great place to relax and blend into the nature. The location is wonderful. The house is very cozy and has lots of things to do. Kids friendly. Highly recommend it!

The cabin was just as described and we really enjoyed our stay. We had dinner outside on the deck while watching the sunset, which was beautiful. The hot tub was great, and the cabin was clean, comfortable, and relaxing. We had a great experience and would definitely stay here again.

All the instructions were super clear and easy to understand and get in. Great location only 30 mins or less from Leavenworth. Everything was clean and the hot tub was amazing. Has a ton of amenities! I would say just two things that could be improved on was 1. There’s no lighting in the back with the hot tub which would be nice to have some twinkle lights back there or a better light source. And 2. We can’t change the temperature, and it did get quite hot in the middle of the night so maybe being able to change the temperature would be nice.

This cabin was a 20 min drive to Leavenworth and was a great location for our purposes. Cabin is a little bit dated, including the hot tub. Probably would try to find a more updated stay next time, there also weren't a ton of towels.

Lovely place to stay at! Cozy and spacious with all the necessary amenities, in close proximity to a handful of activities (mini golf, pool, Alpine coaster), and a quick jaunt to downtown Leavenworth as well. Looking forward to coming back again!

Overall, our stay was okay, but we didn’t love it—especially considering the price. The location on Fish Lake is beautiful, and the living and dining areas were lovely. The upstairs bedroom was cute, and the small rooms off the main house were especially sweet and quaint, although too much light came through for comfortable sleeping. The hot tub was damaged in several places, and there were quite a few restrictions surrounding its use. There was also a nearby forest fire and unusually high winds during our stay, which may have affected some aspects of the property. The home has plenty of charm, but given the price and our overall experience, it probably wouldn’t be our first choice to book again.

Great place to stay. Our family felt so comfortable and right at home. The kitchen was fully stocked, lots of board games, great play room for the kiddos, and lots of blankets!

We ran into several issues that impacted our stay. The loft area was hot and musty making it unusable and forcing a guest to sleep on the couch. Additionally, the bathroom light/fan combo flickered so severely that we could not use the light at all. We reached out to the host, who offered to buy an air purifier and a couple fans. They dropped them off while we were out and set the purifier up downstairs (where it wasn't needed) and left the fans in boxes for us to assemble. When we mentioned the bathroom light, the host asked us to troubleshoot it ourselves. Due to these conditions, the host offered to reimburse us for unused nights if we checked out early. We were highly disappointed by the payout. The reimbursement barely covered one night's stay instead of the 2 nights missed. After reaching out to the host she explained this was because it only covered what they were paid by Airbnb. This crucial financial detail was never communicated to us before we made the decision to leave.

Our firsthand experience with NW Comfy Cabins was awful. At check-in, the cabin was in an official Level 1 evacuation area, about three miles from the Little Giant Fire; regional AQI had been Unhealthy and officials warned smoke varied. NWCC declared the area “safe,” reducing the risk to sales language. We would not gamble with our group’s health. Their response was cold, rigid and, in our view, greedy: retain nearly the entire payment although no one entered. They offered $1,150 if we canceled; we agreed and sought help implementing it. No deadline was stated. Hours later they withdrew it, only then citing the need to reopen dates. They later offered the $275 cleaning fee; as of this review, it remains unpaid. They will say the cabin was accessible and dates stayed blocked; neither excuses minimizing an official advisory or withdrawing their compromise that day. The conduct felt predatory and profoundly inhumane. Avoid NWCC; book with someone who treats guests as people.
