“Perfect Beach Getaway We absolutely loved our stay! The location is unbeatable! You literally walk out the door and you’re steps from the beach and pool, with beautiful sunsets right outside. The rental had everything our family of five needed, including beach gear, which made everything so easy. It was the perfect place to relax, spend time together, and make amazing family memories. We would happily stay here again! ❤️”

“Overall the stay was good. Condo is in a good location, and nice pool area. However we only had one towel per person for a 4 night stay, and no washer and dryer in the unit. Also, there was not one beach towel! Parking was also troublesome.”

“Well appointed and clean. Bed was comfortable and all systems in working order. Furnishing not exactly as pictured. Rather disappointed that the lounge chairs pictured on the balcony were not there. Chairs were upright barstool lounges, was looking forward to lazy mornings and evenings watching the sea with our feet up, but could not.”

“First, this is a 5 star property; loss of star is due to the management company. The unit was clean, comfortable and had everything one could need in the kitchen. The lower rating was management company’s failure to communicate vital information & guest-unfriendly procedures. Description and location of lockbox with physical key was inacccurate and when found was inoperable. A keyless entry is in place but we were asked to use a physical key ($20 if lost) apparently because they prefer not to have to check batteries. Instructions provided 3 WiFi networks/passwords, all unusable. Balcony door was locked & broken lock was on floor. Company did not respond & only came next day after repeated calls. MOST IMPORTANTLY - Constant construction noise directly outside balcony & on beach resulted in balcony being largely unusable. Not being made aware of this critical info should lead to remuneration. Access to balcony beach view was primary reason for choosing this more expensive unit.”

“The place itself is adorable and the best location. Easy to find, quiet neighbors and right on the beach. The slider doors were blurry so I had to clean them to get a better view of the ocean. The fan pull chain is missing so the fan in the LR doesn’t work. No key in lockbox as stated but the keyless doorlock worked fine. I also had to clean the glass on the nightstands and dresser as they were covered in black dust/sand. My last nights stay is when I saw the roaches in the silverware drawer. Yuck! I packed up all my dry goods. The next morning they were still there but also in cabinets and on the stove. I mentioned all this immediately to the host and the reply was “thanks for letting us know, we will let the owner and cleaners know” When I stated I had to pack up and shorten my stay due to roaches, I asked them to please let me know what the owner says. Never heard back so 2 days later, I reached out again. I was told I would be contacted in the morning. Never heard back at all!!!”

“it was a great place to stay, very convenient location. unfortunately there were a few appliance problems and the bedding wasn’t freshly clean on arrival and communication isn’t the best. the place was super cute and i loved staying there.”
