“We got together with some friends for the weekend at Grace's place and LOVED it. The pool was great, the house had everything you needed (and all labeled on cabinets for ease of finding things) and the beds were so comfortable. Having the bathroom on the pool deck was so convenient and so was the half bath downstairs so the people staying upstairs didn't have to run up and down all the time. Great surround sound system for music with meals too. You could easily walk to Fisherman's Village (we didn't since it was 95 degrees) but the neighborhood was so quiet. Great to sit with coffee and watch the boats head out the canal to the Gulf. Highly recommend staying here!”

We absolutely loved the location with it being super close to the beach but tucked away from the busy-ness, like your own little private haven. Grace was incredibly responsive and helpful. Many residences lack a homey feel and as someone who travels frequently, I adore little touches like even a pretty succulent. No stone was left unturned in this house, amenities galore as well. We loved riding bikes and enjoying the kayaks for a tranquil float. Thank you so very much Grace.”

We enjoyed the pool area and hot tub and played games at the dining room table. Grace was very upfront and communicative with things. The house in person was better than the pictures. “Grace was an excellent host during our stay at Hibiscus in Punta Gorda, FL. While we’re Floridians ourselves and only a few hours away, this beautiful home made us feel like we were vacationing somewhere completely different. The home was exceptionally clean, organized, and very well equipped, especially the kitchen, which had everything we needed. The pool and grounds were beautifully maintained, and we enjoyed using the kayaks as an added touch. The property truly felt like a home away from home. The home is located in a safe and friendly neighborhood, conveniently close to local attractions, restaurants, and waterfront activities. Grace was extremely responsive throughout our stay. When an unexpected issue came up, she handled it promptly and professionally, providing the level of hospitality you would expect from a 5-star host. “Grace was a wonderful host very responsive and called to clarify things even. Home is absolutely gorgeous inside. I absolutely love love love the kitchen appliances. My husband says thanks it will now definitely cost him more than just nightly fees. I need fridge, stove and microwave like urs. lol house was probably the cleanest ever stayed in. A lot of big dogs in neighborhood that like barking all hours(next door, across canal several places) but no complaints at all with grace or her home! Would definitely book with her again. Highly recommend!”

“Grace was a wonderful host and was very responsive sometimes with in minutes. The home was beautiful with everything you need. It’s in walking distance to Fisherman’s Village and downtown Punta Gorda. We loved having our boat and jet-skis right there ready to go at a moments notice so the lifts were a big PLUS. The pool and spa were amazing and we used them all day everyday we were there. We will definitely save this property and go back soon.”

“We loved all the extras Grace provided- the bikes, kayaks, beach chairs, towels and umbrella. We enjoyed fishing off the back dock and barbecuing and watching fireworks on the 4th of July.”
